What’s your signature dish?
We specialise in foods from South Asia, especially biryani - serving veg, chicken and lamb!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to exactly what the customer wants - from portion size to taste. From there, we work our magic to provide the magical tastes of South Asia!
What do you love most about your job?
Serving and meeting customers from various backgrounds! (And testing the food!!)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit, since a young age - from selling sweets in the school playground aged 10, to running an events company. I’ve always been a “foodie”, and when I found out my close friend and business partner was also a big foodie, we decided to link arms - sharing knowledge, expertise and fodness of food - we haven’t looked back since!
