I have been training with Jamie from Bird Fitness for 18 months now in weekly 121 sessions. The sessions are always tailor-made to my goals and progressing my overall fitness and wellbeing in all areas. I am fitter and healthier mentally and physically and I have achieved things I never thought I could. My confidence in my excersise regime has increased massively and I am able to recreate the workouts from the 121 sessions and workouts posted on the Bird Fitness instagram in my own time. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and is incredibly reliable. Sessions are always filled with plenty of encouragement, support and fun. Cannot recommend them enough. More...

I trained with Jamie from BirdFitness in weekly one to one sessions for just under a year. We started by setting clear and realistic fitness goals, from then on all of my sessions were personal and tailored to suit me. Jamie is social, encouraging and reliable when it comes to booking and completing sessions with him. Any health-related questions I had were promptly answered in sessions or by text. In the first three to six months I saw significant progress and in just under a year I achieved all my goals, I felt and looked fitter, I was happier and felt motivated to carry on. After this, I purchased a BirdFitness 6-week programme, the workouts were clear and easy to follow, again this service was tailored to suit me and my goals. I plan to continue to use BirdFitness’s services in the future and recommend them highly to those who are serious about getting fitter, healthier and happier. More...

I have been working with Jamie from Bird Fitness for over a year now on a bi-weekly basis. The workouts are varied and fun and tailored to suit my fitness goals. He has designed workouts to improve my running and netball play. He is keep on ensuring proper form during all exercises and pushes me harder than I would do on my own. I have been training with Jamie as a PT client for around a year. I chose to do the bootcamp sessions as a great kick start to the new year. Really good price for 12 sessions. Also a chance to see how far I have progressed. Even though it's a group thing, I know Jamie will still push me to achieve my best. Giving tips on improving form throughout the session. More...

I joined the boot camp even though I have some injuries to try to improve my mobility & lessen the pain I feel daily. I was able to do the exercises as regressed versions. Each excercise was best effort for me in a timed period. This session was set in a way that I could do at least something for every exercise. Jamie was always watching to see if I did it right & made sure I was ok. He said it’s not the number , it’s the quality. I’m a bit achey today, but I can’t wait till the next one. More...

Our 121 personal training is a bespoke service design to achieve your goals through weekly pt sessions. In-person coaching takes your health & wellbeing to a whole new level. Building on the traditional method of personal training we also take care of your weekly workouts, nutrition and wellbeing through our app and in-person coaching to help you look and feel your best. Your personal coach will work with you to create a custom movement, wellbeing and nutrition plan designed to your goals, experience and lifestyle. Taking the confusion out of getting fit & healthy, allowing you to focus on what really matters.
