4.5 Stars! Thoroughly impressed and happy with our BiltRight experience. Cody Reed was our sales rep and he was very flexible. He held our hand through the process and helped us pick samples and a design that worked for our budget. Jake was the project manager he did a good job too but because of some communication issues that is why I am giving Biltright a 4.5 Instead of 5 stars. Peter was the foreman and he was very polite and prompt. He and his team arrived everyday at 7:30 sharp and put in a full day of work. They exceeded our expectations with the artificial grass install. We were told that it would take about four days to finish and they knocked it all out and clean everything up in two and a half days. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Menifee.We decided to have our front lawn replaced w/ artificial turf.Kyle came out and gave us an estimate, and brought samples for us to choose from.  He was very professional, and explained the process to us.  We decided to go ahead and have it done.  They arrived around 08:00 this morning and by 2:30 project complete.  I must say, we are VERY happy!!  The quality of the turf and installation was an A+Our yard went from grass which had many brown spots to a beautiful new look.  This was a great investment.   We now have a beautiful looking lawn, w/ no maintenance for years to come.  Eventually, we will do the same for our back yard.We would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested. So, I was referred to these guys by Artificial Grass Liquidators who apparently own them. AGL sells turf and these guys do the installations and estimates if you want it professionally installed. The rep came out today and was young but personable and seemed to know what he was talking about. We settled on a kind of turf and then decided to look into financing. I advised him I had recently had my identity stolen and it may affect my ability to qualify. He was confident he could get it done. We got denied by the first company, but the second approved me. I was ecstatic as my front yard is badly in need of an overhaul. I filled out their paperwork online and was contacted by a supervisor who said they would be contacting me tomorrow to schedule my install. Great, right? Wrong. I got a call from the young salesman right after and was told because my credit was considered tier 3 by the finance company they (Biltright/AGL) would have to pay a higher rate to use them and that they weren't able to finance more than 2k. My job was going to be a bit over 5k. I would either have to come up with the other 3k in cash or card, use hero financing which I already said I didn't want, or FIND MY OWN FINANCING? WTF? I went from having a deal to find your own financing? Really. When you tell your customer it's a done deal you figure it out. They wanted to call me back on Friday to see what I wanted to do. I called them back and said thanks but no thanks. Unprofessional and in breech of your own contract much. My credit may not be on point and it sucks to have your identity stolen, but I don't lie and don't like being lied to. I'll find a different company to handle my turf needs. These guys are clowns!!! I appreciate the credit ding by the way. I always appreciate somebody running my credit and not following through. More...

These guys are true professionals. I've done artificial turf, a putting green and curbing with them and each job has been done quickly, at a fair price and with excellent quality. Cody, who I've worked with twice now, is understanding, flexible and always works hard to meet your needs. Their staff are punctual, skilled, trustworthy and always check in if they have any questions about your preference. They were able to scramble, get product in stock and meet a crucial but short deadline as well on this last project, a huge plus! Another awesome experience with this company! I first used them about 7 years ago when they were call AGL and had a great experience then. I recently moved into a HOA community and wanted to remove old grass and replace with artificial turf. I called the Biltright Construction company (new name from AGL) and explained I needed a survey done and samples to gain HOA approval. Justin came out to provide samples, suggestions, quote and a very fair price. I explained I needed to gain HOA approval first before signing a contract. Justin's response was perfect, no pressure.... "just let us know and we'll get you taken care when you have your approvals" It took about a month to get my approval. As soon as I got it, I was put in contact with Jake to help coordinate my project. We set a date and he even gave me his personal cell number if I had and questions. Jake followed up the day before the install and said "you're all set, the installers will be there between 7-9am" The installers arrived at 7:30am and were awesome. Peter (field foreman) had a great personality and an extremely impressive work ethic. Both he and his helper were very polite, professional and did a great job. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Biltright. We wanted to replace our front lawn with artificial turf so we reached out to this company for a quote. Our consultation with Justin was very informative and we felt confident hiring them to do the job. He explained the process and made helpful recommendations.Communication was exceptional and I always felt that I could ask questions and that my business was valued.  When we scheduled the job, Jake was my point of contact and he was very helpful as well. The job was done when I was at work and he kept me informed during the progress and even sent photos when it was finished. The artificial grass liquidators team has been nothing short of exceptional. Starting with Paul the estimator who is very friendly, outgoing and easy to get along with. Simply  amazing, this team came in and in one day transformed our yard into a beautiful paradise. Our back yard was all rock. Our only grandchild getting ready to start walking and it was not safe. Our chihuahuas pooped out there and clean up was a complete hassle. Now with our new lawn, clean up is a breeze. I can even sweep up any leaves or debris easily with a simple broom . The guys who did the work were fine upstanding young men who worked as a team to get the job done. I HAVE NEVER  seen a team of workers  well organized and cheerful. I enjoyed listening to them cutting up and laughing at each other. I was so impressed, I made them all lunch. And this job was much less expensive than other bids we looked at. Just had our front yard done!! Words can't express how great of a job and how proficient AGC was. It started from Codie coming by giving us an estimate and being patient with us, and answering all the questions we had for him. We scheduled with him to start work on our front yard after we financed our job, with AGC the process was easy and had our results right away. We gave them the thumbs up to start and the next day Zane called us and scheduled us for the next week to install the turf. The day of the install Raul and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. But what stood out to me was when they were working in the front the Water Dept. came by to check my valve box and was told that they had to replace it. With out a hesitation Raul said don't worry we will not stake down the turf so they can come by and replace it. When they are done give me a call directly and I will come by to finish the job. Kyle and the AGL employees were a pleasure and attentive to work with! I shopped out my project to several contractors and was at a point to give up on finishing up my backyard putting green, until I met with my last contractor Kyle at AGCC. His pricing was inline with another competitor I was considering, but wasn't comfortable with some of the materials and Kyle made certain to point to me that my sand trap was going to be filled with sand that will be safe for my kids. (Sand Traps are usually filled with Silica sand, which is harmful to the lungs). None of the other 5 contractors pointed that out to me, and I was not aware.After agreeing on a cost with Kyle, Michelle at the office, coordinated the project and the crew finished in 2 days. I had a small issue on the speed of the roll of the golf ball, and Kyle made sure to send his guys back out the next day and add more infill on the putting surface to speed up the ball.Now I have a completed putting green with a sand trap "bunker" for the kids to play and not worry them breathing in Silica...Thanks again AGCC! What an improvement, our neighbors love the look and of course we are completely satisfied so a total win! From soup to tip this process has been easy on our end since the professionals at AGCoC took care of all the details. After working in my yard for over a month (on weekends) I finally submitted that there was more work that need to be done and it would be months before I would have the yard leveled out. We had roots galore in the yard so the process...... Well it just sucked! The salesman, perfect and professional, the instal crew, top notch professionals! The instal crew busted their tails all day, they removed a pile of roots and made the yard a work of art. Shout out to: Don, sales guy without any pushy sales! Fabian installation (he has two men on his crew). Taylor, front office staff. We have a stack of quotes from other local and not so local companies, not only did AGL beat those prices.... Our back yard was nice but needed that finishing touch, due to our water shortage i researched grass contractors. Don came out and gave us a quote and he was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. The team arrived and within a day we had great looking grass, we chose marathon grass because when we went to look at samples she sat on that one and loved it.
