I just wanted to reflect on my experience from a few months ago on a purchase I made on a property. The agent was Tonya Hall and I was buying a low end property (condo) for my handicap son who lives independently. Miss Hall worked at this task as if if it was a high end unit. She gave me a wide range of options and negotiated for the price I was looking for. There were some obstacles to overcome and she handled them flawlessly.
