What do you love most about your job?
Helping other business owners succeed. There is a genuine joy that comes from clients thanking you for work you have done that has resulted in an email, call or even sale. This builds trust with the client but mostly from our side it boost morale which in turn means we are more dedicated with drives better results - a kind of win win scenario.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly, Big Voice just kind of happened - being an agency owner wasn't the childhood dream, that was playing football for England but that didn't work out!
Today helping business owners and entrepreneurs scale and grow their brand, leads and revenue through Facebook Ads and social media marketing in general is hugely rewarding and it genuinely feels good knowing you are bettering the lives of others by helping them make their own businesses a success.

We help our clients create compelling social media campaigns to promote their products and services.
We create content in advance (usually a month) but can be responsive to last minute requests.
We add all content to a shared environment that the client has access to to amend, comment and approve.
Some clients prefer the posts are just scheduled without approval and thats OK also.
We also consult on regular calls to share performance and suggest ways to improve if required.
