My husband and I went with Big Day Productions and we were very impressed with the service and quality of the photos. We received regular updates both pre and post wedding. We chose to use Big Day Productions as it gave us so much flexibility compared to other wedding photographers with rigid all-day packages. Highly recommend this company, our photographer contacted us about four months before, allowing us plenty of time to make plans and request the photos we wanted. Our photos have come out amazingly with perfect edits! Communication with the company was without issue, they are responsive, helpful and friendly, even wishing us a good wedding day the week of our wedding! We hired Big Day Productions for our wedding and they have been amazing! We got an 8h package which was perfect to cover the event from the ceremony through to some of the party. We wanted few posed photos and were after more candid shots of our guests enjoying the event, and we got exactly what we were after! Our venue was not traditional, and the lighting was tricky, but our photographer Craig was fantastic and delivered a lovely set of pictures! Well what can I say, big day productions are such an amazing company. They are very professional, when we first contacted them we thought they wouldn't be able to cover our wedding due to the distance but they did. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The communication was fantastic. The photographer was fantastic and so helpful, he was very chatty and also considered our thoughts on what type of photos we wanted, and also input his own ideas. Absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos. Naim did a brilliant job capturing the essence of our day. We loved the natural and spontaneous feel of the photos. I cannot recommend Big Day Productions enough! I was getting overwhelmed by all the wedding photographer websites, so to have a company that presented all the photo/video packages clearly and liaised with the photographer for me was ideal. My partner and I were able to remove all the 'extras' that we didn't need to end up with a straight-forward package at a price we were delighted with. Communication was prompt, friendly and helpful, and the photographer, Tom, was extremely professional and took on board exactly what we asked for. Big Day Productions were amazing from start to finish my. They were quick to reply and able to give me a package which suited my budget. I had a lovely phone call with my allocated photographer about a month prior. The photographer Peggy was amazing at making me and everyone comfortable and made clear instructions on how we should be to get the perfect pictures. After the wedding BDP were quick to reassure me it can take 6/8 weeks to get wedding photos back. I got them back 5 weeks after instead which was a lovely surprise. Our experience, start to finish, was great. When we had some issues with the first photographer we were allocated, BDP were quick to rectify this for us. They have been incredibly responsive and timely throughout. Our photographer, Edgar, was brilliant and did exactly what we wanted. We asked for mostly candid photos with a couple of unposed group and couple shots and the photos we got back really felt like us! He was everywhere at once and captured some really beautiful pictures and details, and didn’t leave anybody out! My wife and I aren’t very easy in front of a camera but Edgar was polite and professional, organised and proactive, and really helped us to feel at ease all day! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My Husband and I can not falter the experience we had with Big Day Productions. They are an incredible company and would highly recommend. Our photographer on the day was the lovely Renata, who if you get the pleasure of having capture your day will put you at ease and create some absolutely beautiful shots. I am blown away by the photos we have, I couldn't of asked for anything more. We had a small intimate wedding day and Renata fit in perfectly. Would highly recommend using Big Day Productions for your wedding photography. After reading so many great reviews decided to give them a go. I loved how flexible they were regarding pricing and packages-we really didn't want to spend a fortune or feel the need to have a photographer for all day as we were having a later ceremony. But the affordable pricing doesn't mean theres any lack of quality-exactly the opposite! We were assigned a local photographer-Harry, who was great and produced fantastic photos, made us feel so at ease throughout the day and had a laugh! We would highly recommend big day productions to anyone needing a photographer for their wedding. We were initially weary as it was a great price and we wouldn't know who our photographer was until a few months before. However, Josh reassured us of the company's quality of photography they uphold and honestly we are so glad we did. We absolutely adore our photos and so do all of our family and friends. Our photographer Nadia was amazing and just fit in like one of our guests. Many of our guests complimented how great she was on the day. The costumer service element was very good, easy for us to contact. Josh made us feel like no question was a silly question and got back to us as soon as they were able to. The site which had our photos on was wonderfully easy and sharing them with family and friends was such a nice way of showing them and also allowed them to order photos they wanted themselves. We purchased package 4 for the photography and videography. Brilliant company to work with from the first contact to receiving the final products. Josh and Ebony were always very quick to respond to any queries and were incredibly helpful when sorting out extras such as usbs and albums. Package is a great price compared to other companies and was exactly what we wanted. Photographer Constantin was just amazing. Spoke to us beforehand to understand what we wanted and then put everyone at ease on the day with his bubbly personality. The pictures were incredible and he took the time to recreate ones from my in-laws' own wedding. Videographer Marcus blended into the background and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Our highlights video is beyond what we expected and have re-watched it dozens of times already. The platform to see the videos and photos is so easy to use and share with loved ones. Particularly like the option to make different folders and to download the photos.
