My daughter gave birth to my grandson late Wednesday night. I ordered online Thursday around noon online. I received a call shortly after verifying my order and the hospital. About 4 hours later I got a call saying I sent you a picture of your family with the flowers your grandson is beautiful. I quickly checked my messages and there was the picture. Flowers were perfect. I called Big Bud's Florist on a Friday for a funeral service to be held that next morning and they came through with flying colors! Luke and Alaine were wonderful to work with. I had seen a particular standing spray arrangement on their website. Luke took the time to confirm they had all the flowers necessary and assured me the arrangement would be delivered in time for the service. The arrangement was gorgeous, looked exactly like the picture, and the price was excellent. I had never used Big Bud's Florist before and I am so glad I did, and will definitely use them again. Absolutely astounding customer service!!! Did not expect getting flowers with my girlfriend for prom to be such an amazing experience. Genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met and definitely not your run of the mill florists! The two that run everything are extremely ambitious and hardworking. I spoke with Alaine via telephone since I am in Georgia and I needed the flowers to be delivered in NC. We went over what she had online and she told me what she could do and what might be different than the picture. The flowers were delivered on time and they were just what she described and she was kind enough to send me a picture so that I could personally see what they looked like. Excellent service !! FINALLY a legit florist in Huntersville!!! Big Buds is phenomenal; don't look anywhere else. They go above and beyond the other generic florists in the area who are still making the same basic, corny arrangements from the 70s.
