I was in town for only 48 hours to move my son into his apartment for his sophomore year at University of Miami. I called Steve in advance and he sent me pictures of options to furnish the apartment. My son moved into a new apartment complex at U of Miami. I needed furniture quickly and Steve helped me select the perfect items. Steve helped me coordinate the certificate of insurance with the apartment complex management which I appreciated especially since I had no idea I even needed one. I was so nervous things would not go right and he called me several times in the days before the move to assure me that they were ready on their end. The day came and everything went PERFECTLY. Steve and the deliverymen men both called me the day of delivery to let me know the approximate time they would be coming. The deliverymen were beyond amazing. They assembled the pieces and set them up where they belonged. They were so nice and professional. I would recommend Steve to everyone. I live in Key West and had to furnish a big empty house quickly. After looking at all of the regular online stores I found Big Box Furniture. Their website was the easiest to use and had 10 times the selection of anybody else. I called the phone number on the website a gentleman name Steve answered and I explain my situation. Being in the Keys it is a royal pain to go to Miami to pick out furniture and get it delivered two weeks later. He asked me to write down some SKU numbers for the things I liked and he would let me know if they were in stock. I picked out the things I liked, and after a short time on the phone we had put together a list of everything I needed. Steve made the process super easy. Honestly I’ve have stressed out more at foot locker buying a pair of Nikes. His guys made a Saturday delivery in the Keys. They kept me posted about their whereabouts and give me a half hour heads up before arrival. They put together all of the furniture together, boxed, and removed all of the packaging and garbage. They were courteous, spoke English, and were very helpful. All in all I would say that this was the absolute best furniture buying experience I have ever been through. I am now referring all of my friends and family from the Florida Keys who want a hassle free experience with a company that keeps their word, makes it easy, and follows through. I was purchasing furniture for my daughter who lives in Miami and I needed it pretty fast. The sofa she wanted was out of stock and would not be available for the next couple of weeks. Steve sent me sofas that were similar to what my daughter had previously chosen and in the same price range! She chose one of the sofas and coffee table that Steve recommended. She loves it! Ordered a sectional from their website. It was exactly what it was advertised as. Excellent quality. Delivery was great. Set it up and allowed me to look for marks or issues. Communication was great including being updated as to a issue they had with my first couch. Instead of not being honest I was told the first couch had issues when they picked it up from the warehouse so, they quickly got another one and made the delivery just days later. Very professional. I can't recommend this place highly enough. My daughter had to make a last minute move from one apartment to another in Miami. She needed a sleeper couch and a new mattress. I talked to Steve over the phone and told him what we were looking for and he sent some pictures of items he would be able to get delivered in just a couple of days. We ordered on Wednesday afternoon and the couch and mattress were delivered on Friday afternoon. The mattress that we ordered ended up not being in stock so he upgraded it for the same price!
