Lalo and the Big Bite team have worked with the ICAA in several occasions, filming our international seminars. They have always exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, quality of work and problem solving skills when dealing with challenging settings. I highly recommend them.

Q&As

Simple, beautiful, functional and user friendly. It mus have content optimized for SEO (blogs and pages) and SEM (landing pages) by topics and subtopics as well as having the elements to drive conversions, like forms, calls to actions and lead flows, among other tactics.

What is the objectives of the new/redesigned website? What percentage of your business do you think you'd like to get strictly from your website? Do you have any benchmarks for comparison further down the line. Are you in a hurry to build and need to start driving traffic immediately, or do you have time and budget to do the website right, investing time and money for keyword research, content development and so many other details that make your website "findable" from the get go. This process may take 2 to 3 months.

30 years in marketing have taught me that, in todays world of limitless channels (vs only tv, radio and print,) the creative process changes on every single assignment. What leads the creative process, however, is to find out exactly what is the right conversation to be had with our target audience, where and when. We only find that out through research and yes, that's part of the creative process.

What are your marketing objectives and what is your marketing budget? What tactics, if any, have you used in the past and do you have data that we can analyze to help us plan the next step. Is your website connected to Google Analytics. Do you have a brand style guide o does the look and feel for your brand need to be built from the ground up?

We have an interview process to try to get the most/best information from our potential clients in order to give them an efficient plan and an accurate budget/estimate.

Winning, and being able to track your results on a daily basis to know that you (your clients) are winning.

Many years in advertising agencies where I had the opportunity to learn so much about consumer research and insight mining, brand stewardship and strategic creative development. I also understood that, while all of the above are still very relevant in today's marketing world, the advent of digital channels called for a re-thinking of how to market products. It was very hard for a large traditional agency to convince its very large "traditional media-driven" clients to start experimenting in the digital world, which in essence meant, they had to become publishers of their own content. So, I jumped ship and started doing it on my own and have been for the last 6+ years.

Very experienced in marketing, data proven results for my customers, a very low overhead to keep my costs and prices competitive and that I can help you on so many capacities, from Audio/Visual production, copywriting, art direction as well as strategy and implementation of all you need to be successful in digital marketing both in English and Spanish.
