So, went for some wings and have to say they have the BEST wings. Smoked and fried, TENDER AND JUICY!!!. Tried all sauces and every one was top notch. Stopped in on a recommendation from my son in law, and was glad I did. Small unassuming place. Extremely friendly staff. A counter with stools to sit, and one or two tables. AMAZING food. They were sold out of ribs already, so ordered the brisket platter with two sides. The brisket literally melted in my mouth and the flavor was yum! Choice of about 8 different bbq sauces on the table to choose from. My husband ordered the Barlow burger which was HUGE ( burger, cheese, bacon, and pulled pork), and the Barlow fries (comes with fries but he wanted to try the Barlow's). He couldn't say enough what a good burger it was, and the Barlow fries were a meal on their own. I repeat- food was amazing. Big portions! Had to take some home we were so stuffed. Went for the first time today after hearing the amazing reviews. Let’s just say they lived up to everything everyone is saying! ! Great staff, delicious food!! The brisket seriously melts in your mouth, the wings were crisp and meaty, and the pulled pork and ribs are just as delicious and when you add in their sauces to the mix it will make you drool ! So far I've had the pleasure of trying the Pulled Pork, the Brisket, St Louis Ribs, and the Wings... They are all good, I really love the wings with some Spicey BBQ or Alabama White sauce,. . but OMG, the Brisket is like buying into a slice of Heaven ❤ So, if you spot this food truck, don't think twice, just pull over immediately and pray they haven't sold out yet!
