Big Apple Window has cleaned our windows twice, and each time they did an amazingly thorough job. They are professional, prompt, and bring all of their own supplies. We have very large windows on a high floor (11), and I am always impressed by their ability to get each corner absolutely spotless inside and out.Their customer service is also exceptional and highly responsive, including turning around a certificate of insurance quickly. i can see, thank goodness I can see through my windows once more... I am very impressed at the efficiency with which my windows were cleaned. .. and there were a lot of them, including screens..... First, I was pleased to see that they wore protective harness - I live on a high floor; they also wore protective covers over their shoes... very respectful of my home...
