Great food and great service! It is my favorite bbq in Dallas!!!! The peach cobbler is great! All the meats are amazing and I want the Mac and cheese recipe!

Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Seriously. I got the brisket/beef ribs/turkey combo w/a loaded potato. Yum! And free ice cream after. Bonus!

My family were leaving out of Dallas LUV airport and it is only 5 mins away so we tried it. The food was awesome. Brisket, pulled pork, green beans and fries were all delicious. It's casual and cafeteria style so can be quick for take away as well. Good BBQ was just what we needed before leaving Texas. Thanks Big Al! More...

Between my husband and me, we tasted the brisket, pulled pork, sausage, green beans, smashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and the baked beans. All of it was delicous.

We stopped here on a Saturday night after going to some gallery openings. Melissa was so sweet! She personally made sure we would be happy with our order. We ordered our barbecue and sides to go. The brisket was amazing as well as the sausage and the macaroni and cheese and coleslaw. Be sure and get the banana pudding for dessert! Yum! More...

The brisket is awesome! I've tried it 3 times now, fantastic each time. It doesn't even need extra BBQ sauce. And if you're doing the keto thing? Try the brisket! Honestly, the sides and other main dishes have just been good to ok, not fantastic, and their AC was on the fritz yesterday, but that brisket will have me coming back over and over. More...

If I were to ever die, go to heaven and Big Al's was on the way, I would stop for my last supper.

I've been coming to this place since the 70's when they were at their first location. They yet to disappoint. Love everything I have ever eaten. Best beef and pork ribs ever. (Next to mine of course). Seriously,I highly recommend this place !! Bring on the cobblers! I may have them fry a Turkey for me sometime. More...

I live in San Antonio but every time I go to Dallas, I have to get my Big Al's fix! Best beef ribs I have ever had hands down and the moist brisket is to die for!

The manager Scott is very accommodating but for true entertainment ask to speak with Big Al himself who is often there. You may think the name Big Al comes from his size but I think it is because of his larger than life personality!

Thanks for doing what you do and come to SA please!!

I drove in the parking by accident and had to go in because the smell got me. I ordered a loaded back potatoes and started eating it before I realized I didn't pour the BBQ sauce. It was good even without it
