We ordered the unicorn combo bounce house for my daughters second birthday. Well worth the price! The set up and clean up crew were friendly, professional and helpful! We have used big air jumper for several years now for several kids parties & events I have always been happy with them but I must say I rarely do reviews. I felt I needed to one for our driver yesterday that delivered our bounce house for my grand daughters first birthday party his name was James not only was he on time super friendly nice guy he was so nice to the kids talking to the older ones while he was taking down the jumper and waving and smiling at the baby's that were banging on the sliding glass door as he was setting up all the adults that talked with him were super impressed by just how nice he was great customer service was at its best yesterday thank you for adding a little bit extra of a good experience for our big day! We used them for our Son's party.... Great Company, great jumpers, Fair prices, would/will use them again.A word of caution. ...DO NOT MAKE SIDE DEALS WITH THE DRIVER!! (Due to questionable weather and wind, I asked them to bring an indoor jumper on the truck, just in case (so we could make the decision last minute.) They were more than happy to accommodate us and did bring the 2nd jumper with less than 24 hours notice.... when the driver arrived, I worked out a cash deal to have both jumpers, in case I needed to shut down the outdoor jumper due to wind (our party was for about 20 kids and I didn't want to get caught with nothing for them to do).....To make a long story short, we (the driver and I) got caught and I am now on the hook for the cost of the indoor jumper aswell!! (And the driver had to return my cash from our deal...and is probably being severely reprimanded!)To be clear, I have no ill-will against Big Air jumpers..... I made a side deal, without manager approval (which they very well may have negotiated to, given the chance .... they were wonderful to work with and their customer service is excellent), and it went bad.... i know better, it is always best to be Honest!!!!That being said, I truly hope that my delivery driver is NOT fired for making the deal.... he was a very nice guy and was just trying to help me out and make my party as good as it could be.... but I admit, we should have done it the right way!!!Overall, was a great experience, but an expensive one given my bad decision to try and work a deal without manager approval.....DON'T DO IT!! We rented the 27 foot Cliff Hanger Slide and were happy with the price. We looked around and Big Air Jumpers had the best price by far. We got to have the slide ALL day. We rented the dalmation big air jumper castle for our 5 yr old grandson's birthday party, which was a firehouse theme.  The customer service both during the booking process, the follow up confirmation calls, and the young man who came to install and deinstall the castle was superb!  The castle was clean, secure, the delivery was about an hour earlier than originally planned (which was great for us!) and teardown was exactly at the agreed upon time.  I would not hesitate to recommend Big Air Jumpers, and would certainly use them again if the need arises! We have a huge Memorial day party every year.  This year however we moved to a new house with a great backyard.  So we thought it would be so much fun to get a bounce house for our, and the neighborhood kids.
