My husband and I have been in home training with Jesse for a few months now and we are getting more stronger and healthier than ever. We not only noticed a change in ourselves physically, but also we have more confidence. Jesse is very skilled and knowledgable about all aspects fitness and physical health. He has created various programs that make sure that we are properly performing all exercises to reach maximum benefits and avoid injuries. You’ll never be bored with Jesse’s workout routines, every session is different , fun and challenging. Jesse is a great motivator, extremely knowledgeable, funny , super positive, patient and is always encouraging. Each training session ends with us feeling very energized , happy and motivated towards our goals of improving physical fitness and a healthier lifestyle. We are so thankful to be training with Jessie and we look forward to every session. If you want results and to feel comfortable this is the place to go. I had never had a personal trainer before and was very uncomfortable with the idea of going to the gym. When I found Jesse online I thought I would give in-home personal training a try. He is very professional and explains the exercises well. He adapted my program to my individual needs (2 recent knee replacements and chronic low back pain) and was always very careful to have me doing a routine that did not cause me additional pain in those specific areas. Jesse has a unique way of encouraging me to do more than I ever thought possible but in a very positive way. After our initial 10 sessions, I felt physically stronger and saw positive results on the scale, in my measurements and in my cardio test from the first time we met. My husband and I have never had a better personal trainer than Jesse. I am 59 and my husband is 65. Jess was able to create a diversified program that suited us both while adapting it to our own pace. I have always hated training with weights even though I know that this is an important part of a program, especially for women my age. Jesse made the strength and weight part of our program actually enjoyable because he motivated me to push myself. It didn't take long to see and feel results. Jesse is enthusiastic, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I have a knee issue and he advises me on how to strengthen the knee and provides alternate training so as not to exasperate the problem.
I highly recommend him!

Working out with Jesse has been life changing. Not only is it very convenient that he comes to my house twice a week but it also holds me accountable to exercise. I just completed my first marathon with Jesse's help. There is no way I would have been able to do it without his help. We had 4 months to train. Jesse researched, and built a plan that was perfect for me. His support, motivation and his ability to see and understand what I needed each week ensured I remained injury free. He help me look at the whole picture to take me from an occasional runner maxing out at 10k to completing a sub 4 hour marathon in 4 months. "My husband and I benefited enormously from Jesse's training program and personal coaching. I am 59 and my husband is 65. Jesse created a program that met both our needs while adapting it to our personal fitness goals . I appreciated the science behind the exercises which Jesse always took the time to explain so I could understand not just the what but the why. I have worked with a number of personal trainers over the years. Some were knowledgeable, some were good at motivating, some knew how to adapt exercises to my abilities and limits and some were just enjoyable to work with. None embodied all of these traits at the same time. With Jesse I achieved quantifiable results in a short period of time. I guess that should be what every trainer should be measured against, but while attaining these results I found myself looking forward to my workouts, not dreading them. His ability to push you to exceed what you thought you were capable of without the accompanying pain and discomfort are what I believe set him apart from the majority of personal trainers out there. Jesse was my personal trainer for one year. When we started, I was unable to do a single dip, chin-up, or pull-up. When we finished, I was performing these exercises multiple times with relative ease. In addition to overseeing my exercises, Jesse recommended key dietary changes so that I would maximize the benefits from my workouts. In my opinion, he would make a great teacher because he seemed to really enjoy passing on knowledge to me. Jesse had a great way of explaining complicated subjects in layman terms. Only someone who truly understands a subject can accomplish that. Because of my great experiences with him, exercising has become part of my daily routine and basically a permanent behavioral change.
