Bia Blasta Catering

Hi, We got "Bia Blasta" home catering for our sons Christening in August 2019. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They catered for 25 people. The food was delicious, full of flavour, piping hot and very well presented. We had the fillet of Beef Stroganoff and Chicken A la King for the main courses, with some additional salad portions. Thank you Bernie and Pat for fantastic food at our daughter's recent confirmation. Everyone especially loved the chicken a la king, homemade brown bread and the apple pie.
