I wish to extend my thanks to Ruth Markham of BHP Law for the successful settlement of a very long dispute over the terrible results of my dental treatment from 2014 through to 2015. When I originally went through all of the available channels in an attempt to register my complaint and claim for the work and all damages incurred, I had little or no positive responses. This includes the many “Personal Claims” services offered in advertisements by various law companies on the TV, as none of those companies felt that they had a sufficiently good record for success when handling Dental Claims.Eventually I managed to find a company who would take up my case - BHP Law - and one of the partners, Ruth Markham, took control from the very beginning to the eventual successful end in the autumn of 2018. It was a long and grinding road as the defendant’s insurers were very, very reluctant to settle Ruth’s very reasonable claim for all damages incurred, but eventually Ruth was successful and the case is now settled and closed, much to my great relief.
