I am writing this review to explain the service I received from Bhogal Partners when no law firm in London was ready to help me because they are more concerned for their ratings in the market which affects adversely if they lose the case, to avoid this they usually choose the case in which they are pretty sure that they will win.
I was on student visa in the UK and had to extend my visa because I wanted to do MBA. I was finding good university or college in London. The Secretary of State (Theresa May) was laying strict guidelines to educational institutes to comply with, which were giving admission to international students. In case of non compliance, Mrs. May was suspending and revoking the sponsorship licenses of hundreds of colleges all over the UK including some reputed universities. So, I was very confused and did not know where to go as there was no surety if the institute will remain on the home office list because if they will lose their license after giving me admission they were not returning the fees paid.
I got admission only two days before the expiration of my visa. I was rushing the things and forgot to sign the home office fees cheque. After two weeks, Home office returned my application and asked me to sign the cheque and resubmit. I resubmitted my application with signed cheque and they refused my visa after 6 weeks saying, my application was submitted after the expiration of my visa without considering my first application. I received my refusal letter on Friday and they gave me only 10 days to leave the UK with no right to appeal. I was in the middle of nowhere, paid all my university fees and already attending my MBA lectures. I went to my university and asked for help and after knowing my visa is refused they stopped taking my attendance and assignments.
I went to many reputed law firms and solicitors and all refused to take my case and said there are no chances to win the case. They were more concerned for their ratings.
I discussed this
