The woman who always helps me is so nice, and the food is delicious. This is some of the best tofu I've found in Eugene, and everything tastes healthy yet yummy.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Honestly hard to beat, not to mention the great options they have for vegan/vegetarians. The menu had such a great variety and everything looked fantastic! I was sad I can only eat so much as a human, I honestly wanted to try it all! I ended up with the fusion bowl, and a side of potatoes with vegan cheese, now I've never been a fan of tofu, but the way it was cooked changed my outlook. I'm not even vegetarian and I loved this spot. I got the Yaki Bowl and everything was cooked so well!! Priced fairly and located in a great area. It's a good truck so no inside seating. There are a few outdoor benches provided by the city I'm sure but that immediate area is pretty him heavy so sitting on the benches isn't always enjoyable. More...

2018 update:Probably the best food cart in town. Awesome menu with lots of variety. Everything is made from scratch, sauces and all. Super fresh and delicious produce. Vegetarian and mostly vegan, but be warned they use cow cheese as default. Vegan cheeze is 50 cents extra.They close at 2pm during the cold months not 3pm as stated multiple places online.I've had both veggie burgers many times, tough to decide which I like more. The important thing to mention is the homemade patties she makes are amazing, you can tell they're fresh and healthier than most veggie burgers these days. The falafel is excellent, arguably the best in Eugene.The tempeh tacos are really good, the sauce on those are epic. She cooks everything to perfection, great texture even with the tofu and tempeh.Oh yeah, the bowls are all great too, the fried onions they top them with are on point!Great toppings, sauces and flavor!
