Had a family meal on Saturday, the service was terrible! Waited over an hour for food. Not sure why as we were the only ones to arrive at 5pm. Food quality was poor. No salt in the kebabs. There was sugar in the naan bread and the rice used was cheap. Not going there again. Definitely not for Asian people.

Now reopened as restaurant, had a great meal with the family , also they gave us 40% off food as a opening offer. Brrriiliant

Recommend the Tandoori platter & the Garlic chilli chicken. All the ballot dishes are phenomenal.Shots with the bill a nice touch, can't fault the food or service, best in the area.

Great service and excellent food. Loved the coconut with the papadoms. Malabar Lamb was really tender. Brinjal Bhaji was exceptional. And try the Garlic and Onion Naan.

Visited the related Bhangra Beat in Chigwell Road. It's great to see the old staff are back in the restaurant. The food is relish as ever and the revamped venue is FAB-U-LOUS.

We were pleasantly surprised this lovely Indian eatery hiding behind the parked cars on Chigwell Road. We were looked after well by the wait staff who recommended the Balti Chicken & King Prawn Garlic Chill. Both the dishes were full of flavour and taste. The lemon rice and coriander naan were perfect accompaniments. And the coconut chutney is just divine. All went down with a cool glass of Kingfisher my Indian beer of choice. The entire set up is fresh and clean. The only gripe is that they didn't have any Rasmalai for dessert. The kitchen is semi open and it's nice to se you meal being prepared by the team of cooks and chefs. This place is not your average curry house with dodgy decor and tired menu. Definitely, visit again when we are in the area again.

Half the food was ok it the other half was bad. Ordered butter chicken (extra spicy) but it was very watery and had about 1cm of oil on top. We called up to get this replaced and it took 9 minutes on the phone to eventually get this replaced. At first they suggested that we have a free curry next time; but what was we meant to eat in the mean time if we didn't have the watery curry?! The 2nd curry that we got was less watery but was quite bland and have big chunks of onion in. The peswari naan bread lacked flavour and there was minimal coconut and almonds in it. Over all we was disappointed in it and after many years of eating here we will now look for somewhere else to go instead.

Food turned up cold after 1 hour 35 mins. Popadoms taste stale and like paint. Didn't bring the drink so had to wait another 10 mins while the driver ran to the shop. Phoned up to complain. Got an apology and offered 10% off my next bill... Which I pointed out it is already 10% off if you order online anyway, to which I was laughed at. They don't seem to care at all about there bad service. GO ELSEWHERE. I certainly am.
