What do you love most about your job?
Meeting customers, people from different cultures, chatting, socialising, making new acquaintenances with other vendors.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My mum and dad and my grandfather. My grandfather had a soap factory, bakery. My dad then started his own bakery, though he has retired now. My mom and dad opened a cafe in 1979 selling these samosas and they are still operating the business part time. They say the go to the cafe to catch up and chat to the customers.
Why should our clients choose you?
The samosas are amazing. They are the same type I would make at home for family and friends, and prepare for parties typically authentic. You will enjoy the different flavours as much as I enjoy preparing them. These are much, much different as they are from my mother's hometown in India, Surat, Gujrat.
