My experience with BGB was great from start to finish. I was contacted right away to set an appointment to go over the project. Kendall explained the process and his recommendations clearly and completely and answered all my questions. A detailed quote was provided the next day and Michelle was great to work with, giving me all the info needed to prepare, pick the paint colors and schedule the work at my convenience. The BGB teams arrived both days on time and were very well organized, thorough and friendly. From the initial quote ( which was very detailed ) to the completion of the job, BGB was excellent. They were all very professional. The work was completed on time, and as promised.. The cleanup was as if they were never there. None of our nearby plants were damaged. A few cracks in an exterior wall developed a few weeks after the job was completed. BGB Painting painted the exterior of our house in April-2019. Detailed proposal was provided with all prep work to be completed and paint application detail (we had three different colors). BGB completed the exterior paint job as promised with a high attention to detail. No surprises or disappointments. The crew did a good job and they were so quick! They showed up when they were supposed to and finished the job when expected. I chose BGB because they use a product to seal the stucco prior to painting. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. This may be overly picky, but I do have a criticism. When the rock was pulled away from the foundation and walls, they didn't do a very good job. Hence, three to four inches of rock was painted around the whole parameter. This was covered up by pushing unpainted rock over the top of the painted rock. That wouldn't have been a big deal, except that it was done very unevenly. Myself, a garden rake and about 45 minutes solved the problem with very few painted rocks showing. I feel that had the project manager been available to inspected the job this wouldn't have happened. I had a few people quote the job of painting our 2 story home. I asked each if they were licensed, insured and bonded. MOST were not, but offered that their boss was and they would call him for us if we wanted to go that way. They then said, â But it would cost twice as much!â My first thought was they were steeling work from their boss. AND guess what, I went with BGB and IT DID NOT cost that much! As a matter of fact, all quotes were within about 2%!! The job was accomplished ON TIME and fast, in 2 days, with 13 separate steps to the job. And a 10 Year product/workmanship warranty that transfers with the house should it be sold!! The cleanup was accomplished flawlessly. During the painting process I was consulted a number of times to insure it was a completed to my satisfaction. EVERY detail was attended to. AND, one of the others that we did not hire painted a house down the street from us. In the sun, I can see streaks on the side of the house. A problem we do not have!!
