I am a home owner who bought a house with BFT gates installed. I have tried contacting BFT UK a number of times through their website - either by using the telephone number provided, or the contact page provided - and they have NEVER replied to me. I have even made an enquiry about other automated products from them in the hope of buying from them - guess what - they never replied, either via email or mobile! Sooooooooo quick and easy to collect stuff , return stuff and their tech help is great too. In fact they're all great , even if they couldn't tell me why the green LEDs on their barrier arm have about half a dozen lit red, just near the end . ..... All in all ,brilliant outfit!!! More...

As others have said , excellent customer service.My Videx intercom/ GSM front gate panel had corroded and after sending a picture to make sure correct part was ordered was told that it shouldn’t have happened and that they would send an advanced replacement and when fitted to return the corroded part for a full refund! A lot of companies would learn a lot from Videx highly recommended well done! More...
