Once I decided to take part in competitions and Brian was the first and only coach I decided to entrust my training to. Diet schedule, 24/7 support, answers to questions about the exercises. I have been training with Brian for the past 6/7 weeks. I am incredibly happy that I have had the chance to work with him. He has so much to offer and is very experienced when it comes to fitness in general. If you're looking to do a show, you should train with Brian. If you're looking to do a pagent, you should train with Brian. If you're looking to put on muscle, you should train with Brian. If you're looking to loose weight/ body fat, you should train with Brian. The list can go on. He is so well rounded and can help you accomplish pretty much any goal. I think the most important part, and I say this in complete confidentmce, is that he KNOWS HIS STUFF and is an amazing teacher to those who want to learn from him. I have been training with Brian for the past 9 months. I wanted some professional direction with my fitness and not have to figure out my own plan. I'm glad I found Brian to help me with my strength and physique. I originally just wanted to build some more muscle and improve my body composition. Eventually I decided that a competition was a great goal and I let Brian know I was interested in preparing for one. He helped me figure out my nutrition, supplements, directions for training outside of his sessions and answered any questions I had. I competed in my first bikini competition this past weekend and I'm happy I did! It was a great experience and if it wasn't for Brian I wouldn't have realized or even considered trying to do one. Brian was there at the show to support me and his other client as well. I am proud of the physique I brought and looking back at my first progress photos I've made huge improvements. I've learned a lot from Brian and his wife Badma (she helped me with posing, made my suit, and tanned me). Brian is friendly, pushes me, and motivates me! I always enjoy training (except for the walking lunges lol) at BFit because he has years of experience and knowledge that I can trust. Brian is a great coach who can help you reach your goals.  I've worked with a number of trainers and Brian stands out because he is an expert in his field, extremely professional, not to mention a lot of fun!  Also, he will advise you as to your diet and cardio, because the work you do in the gym is necessary but not sufficient for you to become the best version of you.  I never would have dreamed I could be a body builder, but Brian inspired me to give it a shot and it changed my life. I am in my mid-forties. My body has improved so much since I started to train with Brian 4.5 months ago. I follow the meal plan Brian prepared for me and do resistance training with him three times a week (with one hour per session). The size of my jeans went down from 7 to 3 in just three months! Below are my measurements in 4.5 months:August 8, 2018: 30.7% body fat; 140 poundsDecember 15, 2018: 19.7% body fat; 126 pounds#1: Brian knows his stuff! He is very knowledgable and his method WORKS! Following his advice, I lost 11% of body fat in 4.5 months! I  look better and feel better, with more energy! #2 Brian cares about his clients! He is super supportive and encouraging! Weight loss wasn't an easy process, but Brian was always there to support -- answering questions, making adjustments, and providing guidance. #3 Brian customizes the meal plan and workouts for each client! Brian is absolutely the best coach I've ever had in bodybuilding. He Is very knowledgeable and can explain why he has you doing certain things. He knows how to diet properly, train safely and he pushes ur limits to have an extreme work ethic. I wouldn't be the hard working athlete I am without him. He has shaped my physique and my mind. Him and his wife are supportive 100% and do what he says to the T, your results will happen. He will be there every step of the way to help with anything I need, plus he does posing for men/women. His wife makes beautiful suits and men's BB suits. He cares about his clients and only wants you to succeed. He works with everyone, not just athletes. Brian, in my opinion is one of the top coaches. Want to start off by saying Brian is an awesome trainer! Highly recommended.  He is experienced as it gets.  He obviously shows it with his physique. ..but he also shows it with his intelligence.  I wanted to be trained by someone that led by example. No offense to those trainers who are out of shape (or appear to be), but for me I wanted to be trained by someone that is not just a sayer but a doer.   Nutrition: Brian did an assessment on me and based on my goals, he provided me with a detailed nutrition plan.  This part is crucial..and he let me know about it all the time.  There's no way getting around this part, you got to follow this to the 'T'.   The nutrition plan didn't stay the same either.  As I progressed, Brian updated how much more or less I should be eating each day.     Workouts: Intense! I'm sure he's probably pushed others harder. But that's what so good about Brian.  He knows how to push me to a level where I would get that breakthrough to make my muscles grow.  I've seen him, prior to my session, work with elderly folks and their level of intensity was much more lower, so that shows me that he knows how to adjust and work with all types of client levels.  I still hear Brian's voice in my head when I'm working out on my own.  Once I start to feel that burn in my set... that's when Brian's voice kicks in "..5 more reps!". Communication: Brian is great at explaining the plan and why I'm doing what I'm doing. Why I'm lifting this way..why you shouldn't lift this way. During our sessions he takes the time to break down workouts and movements so that I got the optimum gains from my workouts.  He made sure that I'm not just going through the motions and actually working out the targeted muscle.  There is so much knowledge with working out the right way, and Brian was able to share some of that with me.  Outside of the gym, he was also available to answer any of my questions via text messages. Results:  Trained w/ Brian for 3 months Jan-MarStarted - 162.4 lbs, 19.4% bfEnded - 150.3 lbs, 13.8% bf Overall, my experience with Brian was awesome and worthwhile.  I've always wanted to make that dramatic transformation with my body and Brian provided with me that knowledge and foundation to work off of.   I gained a lot of useful knowledge that I can now take with me as I continue on my journey in getting in the best shape of my life.   Much Mahalo Brian! I was overweight (5'1" in height, 150 lbs), my self-confidence was low, and I would get out of breath very easily. I wanted a change to feel better about myself and knew my constant online purchases of fitness plans wasn't going to get me anywhere towards my goals of looking and feeling better. Finding Brian as my personal trainer was one of the best investments I have made in my life! Brian has been an amazing & trustworthy person since the first day I met him for my consultation. Days that I felt lazy and wanted to give up, Brian was my biggest fan and motivated me to keep going. I've been working with Brian for almost 2 years now!  I came to him after I had my baby, and my main priorities were to work on my posture and increase my energy to keep up with my baby! He is really good at giving specific work outs tailored for my goals, and he is fun to work out with! It isn't a horrible grinding hour of exercise (which I generally despise) but a fun hour where I feel pumped up and good about myself! I have a hard time getting to the gym because of the long long list of other priorities on my list (like catching up with my Netflix episodes and folding laundry) but it helps knowing that someone is waiting for me and is supportive! I started training with Brian 3 weeks ago and I have to say, I am very impressed!  I'm a 40-something female who used to be in great shape but for some reason for the past few years had just stopped exercising.  I was so nervous to go to my first session, but after seeing the pics and reviews on Yelp, I knew he knew what he was doing, so I figured I'd go see what he had to say.  The first time I went to see him, he listened carefully, was very knowledgeable and best of all, supportive, friendly and not judgmental.  He spent over an hour talking to me about my fitness goals, and measured me with the dreaded (lol) fat calipers.  He started to give me hope that maybe I really can speed up my metabolism instead of watching it get slower every year.Brian has you log what and when you eat at first so he can see how you eat, then tells you what you should be eating, and more importantly, the timing of it during the day. I was basically doing it all wrong. His (very realistic) plan was, if I start feeding my body the right food at the right times, and consistently work out with his weight lifting and cardio guidelines, I should be where I want to be ... in about a year - gulp.  But I knew he was right. I knew he was the real deal because what he was recommending wasn't fast or easy.   At first, since I still didn't know whether he and I could stand each other for three hours of one-on-one time per week, I wanted to do a trial period.  He was totally okay with that, which I appreciated.  There was absolutely no hard-sell like some gyms do.  His rates are also competitive to other trainers (I called around and asked, I'm a stickler for market research).  After testing the waters for a week, I knew I could trust him to get me where I want to go, as long as I uphold my end of the bargain.  Session after session, he's very professional, starts and ends the sessions on time, shows that he genuinely cares about where I'm at, you have his undivided attention, which is hard to find nowadays.  He constantly monitors my form as do my sets, pushes me just the right amount and always knows how much weight I should be using and which exercises I should be doing next (I get so distracted by myself at the gym, hahaha).  And I believe him because he is actually walking the walk - actively training and participating in competitions.I have changed my eating to weighing out the (basically) correct portions of protein, carbs and fats, (try) to eat it in 6 small meals per day, go to see him three days a week and do cardio 3 other days per week. It's a big investment of time, effort and money into myself and I consider it so far one of the best investments I've made! More...

"Oh my god" I need to do tanning! I don't know any other people's needs to get tan, but mine was that this is my FIRST time, I don't know the rates around here, I need reliable and quick. Badma Corpland! Not onły she made my whole experience the best, but also she cares how I feel and outcome. Later that night, she contact me and asked me if I need more touch up. I said I might... This review is way long overdue. I have been training with Brian for 5 years. Within the 5 years he has tremendously transformed my body. I initially just wanted to get in excellent shape, never in my mind did I think I would be capable of having the courage to step on stage and compete. After I had my son, Brian whipped me back into the best shape I had EVER been in.  With Brian's knowledge, patience and expertise, I wouldn't have been able to accomplish what was initially a goal turned into a passion. Not only is Brian the best personal trainer, but he's also like a brother that I never had. Next month starting again my preparation for the Bodybuilding Competition with Brian. Excited and cannot wait to go through the process again. Throughout the year I stayed mainly eating 75% clean and train 6 days a week. So hope it will be kinda easy journey for me. Brian is a great trainer! He is a very humble, smart, patient, & knowledgable person.  He not only lives by what he loves doing, he inspires and motivates others every single day & pushes you to be the best version of you. He leads by example & shows you that being fit is a LIFESTYLE.  He educates you on nutrition and training so you will be able to make it a lifestyle & be able to do it on your own. I've been training with Brian for 5 months now as I am prepping for my first body building figure show and I have learned so much from him. I couldn't be any happier with my results. I posted this in the other one not sure which is the right one.  Matt Jones is located in BFit Training Studio.. This is LONG overdue. ..A Kung Fu master always keeps one trick up his sleeve.. now that I am pretty much in pageant retirement I feel it's safe to let my secret out...My trainer, Matt Jones (Body Design by Matt).Rewind 2 years ago.. I had decided to run in the Narcissus Queen Pageant.  I showed up at orientation and with the girls all super stick thin I knew I needed to be in shape come pageant night.  Granted this wasn't my first pageant so I knew I could do it.  I would just cut out all my snacks and rice prior to pageant and be SKINNY... Well this is what got me here in the first place.  I would always do a crazy pageant week "diet" where i'd be practically starving but I'd look good.  Once pageant was over POTATO CHIPS, french fries, cheese burgers, and soda.  Later I would learn this is how you get fat.  One day my mom was looking at the Miss Hawaii Pageant book and came across Matt Jones and he had a whole list of pageant girls he had trained and I thought what the heck I'll give him a call.  After meeting with Matt I knew I wanted to train with him.  Matt helped me reach my goal weight to lose 17 lbs, prior to the pageant. It might not seem like a lot but on my small frame, it is.  I started exercising and running more, lifting weights and the most important learning how to eat correctly.  He builds a program to fit you and your goals.  If it wasn't for Matt, I wouldn't have been able to feel as confident as I did that night and have maintained my weight.  I recently went to a national pageant and Matt helped me get my body swimsuit ready.  If you're ready to lose weight call Matt.  If you want pageant coaching call his wife, Alicia.  They're both really GREAT people! I've been working out with Brian almost 4 months. And my whole body changed, I got more toned and built some muscles that I've never knew before. He taught me how to eat right, clean and healthy. Before I would almost starve myself to get skinnier or stay      In shape. He opened my eyes, knowledge about how to have healthy lifestyle. Now more I train with him I wanna see more result  in my body. He keeps me motivated and teaches how u can change your body the way u wanted. It's best feeling to trained by  someone who knows exactly what they doing. I have known Brian for 8 months, right before the start of my pregnancy. I have been out of shape for 9 years due to my job, but Brian has been very patient with me and we started with small steps. We are literally going through the pregnancy together and I have to admit, this guy is patient. After periods of nausea, stress, swollen ankles and all the pregnancy issues, he was always been there for me, making me do the right exercises that my body needs.My back is no sore, I feel stronger and energetic. If you are going through a pregnancy or just trying to get back in shape (the right way), this is the guy for you. I went through many trainers, but no one is so prepared like him. Looking for personal trainer, LET ME SUGGEST ONE!Back in october, my sister entered her name to participate in the 62nd Narcissus pageant.  She wanted her body to be pageant ready.  She heard about Matt Jones and his success with girls in the pageant community and decided that he would be her best bet to get her ready.  My parents told my fat ass to go with her and get in shape.  At first I resisted to the idea simply because I felt like I could do it on my own.  Fast forward to the present, I am appreciative at how simple Matt makes working out.I know there are a lot of people who think that it is impossible to lose weight and have that nice body but i am seeing my body transform.  I see muscles that i never knew existed.  I couldn't have done it without MATT JONES.The best part about training with Matt is the fact that he customizes everything to you.  He figures out your starting point and helps you build muscle through exercises that increase in difficulty.
