Michael from BfA was dealing with our case. From the get go, he was very thorough and collected all the information before working out what was the best option for us.
His communication was prompt and always kept us clued up on the next plan of action. No question was too small and he would always address any issue or concerns at the earliest opportunity.

My experience with BFA has been excellent from the very first time I contacted them. My advisor, Michael Penwill has been fantastic with all help and advice from the get go, he has been very patient at all times (we had various calls on skype and many more emails exchanged) and he has at all times explained in great detail all queries and assisted with my case with a lot of relevant information. My situation was difficult and abnormal as I was in this situation due to a divorce and was forced by circumstances created by third parties to file for Bankruptcy, a very difficult, not to mention embarrasing decision. Michael has gone through the trouble of always putting my mind at ease, always very prompt with the answers to my queries, including after hours which was not expected! He explained in detail the possibility of losing my assets and didn't let me down with lack of information throughout the process. I would not know how to complete the court forms and again BFA helped and reviewed these and requested detailed information on the background of the case to ensure the case was properly presented in court. Michael has been right with his predictions, showing knowledge and experience, however by same token always advised me that all depends on final decisions by court, not giving me false hopes and has been great at such a stressful time in my life.
