Q&As

Of course is critical to your health and the most difficult part about diet is the mass of misinformation available.
whether it be standard government information by so called trust sources that may tell you to consume dairy for example to the latest diet someone has come up with, It is a complete minefield that can be extremely difficult and overwhelming to navigate.
In addition to that everyone has an opinion or has been on a diet and is generally keen to express their opinion on what you should or shouldn't be eating.
The main problem is systemically addictive foods like dairy and sugar are highly profitable businesses, these alongside the protein industry have millions of pounds to spend every year on carrying out research to try and prove that you should consume what they offer.
The fact is fruits and vegetables don't stand a chance when it comes to marketing. Let alone fasting which although highly beneficial is not particularly well-known due to its lack of marketing funds.

Biologically when we scrutinise humans you will discover we are frugivores meaning the optimum diet is fruit with occasional nuts and seeds.

theologically it was forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge that caused the fall of mankind.

Scientifically fruit is primarily alkaline forming which promotes health and repair were also carbon-based life form utilising import sugars such as fructose.

after 25 years of different experiments I settled on a fruitarian diet. this wasn't an easy journey and I came from a mucous free vegan diet so trying to make the shift from eating me for example would be a completely different experience I'm here to help navigate people through a lifelong detox process I don't give people diets rather suggest small changes they can make and if they want to big changes. The idea is always to integrated into your lifestyle. hypnosis can be extremely effective in helping you make these small changes that you have verified a true to you.
once you have had a few experiences of verifying detoxing effects on yourself if your experience is similar to mine will find yourself the healthy disregard much of the scientific literature that endeavours to create noise about should be such a simple human endeavour eating healthy food and having good health.

some of the lies I used to believe.
You need protein?
Well what is protein a polypeptide a combination of amino acids which are utilised by the body so technically what you actually need is amino acids. Saying you need protein is like saying you need houses to make a house because your body has to break down complex proteins in order to utilise and this breaking down is where many problems occur primarily toxins produced.
fruit has too much sugar and gives me....
It wasn't until I realised that bacteria and viruses are simply feeding on toxins inside me.
Did I make friends with them and use them to assist me further purging my body from toxins. As I write this this is still an ongoing process and may take many years to complete.

I’ve become a therapist through a lifelong journey of discovery enquiry and incessant curiosity about our human and spiritual nature.

Ever since I was young, helping people understand things, has filled me with a sense of joy, nothing else has been able to surpass. With every encounter, I learned more about myself.
I also felt that therapy should be standard conversational practice and I guess I still do feel we should have more time to discuss our feelings. Yet, I realise for most of us, this is not yet the world we live in. I am blessed to become part of the transition to that world.

The first time someone told me I should be a counsellor was when I was 21. I helped one of my work colleagues in many ways on many different levels and I was surprised how effective my help for her was and it changed her life.

I quickly realised that I want to make a difference, and the world I see around me seems to be crying out for help. When I ask myself how I can best serve, being a therapist was keep coming back to me as strong answer.

When I invested in therapy for my own reasons, it was a liberating and expanding experience, reliving some of my childhood suppressed emotions and experiences, while self-development would have me believe the past has no bearing on you and this can be true. Integrating it completely into the conscious is something therapy is helping and will continue to help me do.

I was very curious about hypnosis and just wanted to know if it works; how it worked I was amazed at how easily it came to me. I helped my wife to heal a lot of her trauma using simple hypnotherapy tools and NLP, which she found life changing.

The hypnotherapy, NLP and Psychotherapy qualifications were another big formalisation step for me in terms of legitimising and making my amateur love for helping people into a profession; which has been a difficult transition for me but very rewarding.

honestly I was inspired by unfavourable therapeutic experiences.
It just made me realise if people are out there doing things a certain way getting paid for it, I could improve on this drastically. Strangely through this anger of incompetence, I found my love for doing things congruent to the truth I have come to know.

Many people who know me say my biggest gift is compassion towards others, listening and ability to empower people to confront their biggest fears and challenges finds effective solutions for them with them. I am also one of these people who are not afraid to ask difficult questions in a courteous way in order to dig deep and hold space for people to heal. My clients describe me as a warm person, who creates a strong feeling of comfort and trust.

The best way to find out if I’m the right therapist for you at this time in your life is to simply book the half an hour free session.
Looking forward to meet you.
