Hannah did a great session for my friend and I. I really enjoyed it and it really improved my confidence. Hopefully I can keep up on those downhills with my children now!

Brilliant time on the women's MTB course this weekend. I got so much out of it- fantastic coaching and great company. I improved my confidence massively and really enjoyed myself. Thank you! When's the next one?!

Been going to pilates with Hannah for a number of weeks now and have been very impressed with the classes. Hannah pays a lot of attention to the class members to ensure they are doing exercises correctly and get the maximum benefit. Its certainly helped with my posture and cycling. More...

As someone who is just getting into mountain biking this was the perfect weekend course! Our coach, Hannah, was excellent and the days were well planned, all details were covered from technical coaching, great runs, single track riding to tasty lunches and of course Pilates to ease our aching muscles on the last day!
