Charlene is amazing, she photographed our wedding in September (2019) and were both in love with the shots we got. My husband and I aren’t big fans of having out photos taken so Charlenes documentary style was perfect for us and she caught such lovely, natural moments throughout the day. Aside from the staged photos, I barely remember seeing Charlene taking photos as well, she was so unintrusive, yet managed to capture so many beautiful moments & scenery. Absolutely nothing was a problem either, Charlene is so lovely, approachable and funny! We were lucky enough to have Charlene from Beyond Imagination photograph our Wedding in the Lake District. From our initial meeting at the wedding fayre to the big day itself, Charlene was professional, friendly and helped us plan and capture a perfect wedding. We were made to feel at ease on the pre-wedding shoot and the wedding day, and her sense of humour and willingness to put herself in compromising positions to capture the perfect shot instantly made us feel like she was as passionate about our wedding as we were.A true testament of Charlene's character was after a hectic day of her photographing our special day she still had time to celebrate with a drink with us at the bar when she could have gone home. Charlene photographed our wedding. She was brilliant. The photgraphs are great, and her style was exactly what we were after. I think a good sense of humour shone through in some of the pictures too. Catching people arriving in the rain or taking selfies along with the normal and formal photos we had expected. A lot of natural pictures. From the meeting and arrangements of what we wanted in advance, to the being unobtrusive during the day, we could not fault her. I can't thank Charlene enough for the amazing job she did on our wedding day! We searched everywhere for a photographer and as soon as we met Charlene we knew she was perfect. She's vibrant, friendly, professional and most importantly for us, she was contemporary! Her details came in a lovely little box containing a USB. The fact that she'd gone through all that effort was impressive. We got to know Charlene in the run up to the wedding and on the day she made us feel so relaxed. She listened to us and understood the photography style we wanted and she did just that. She captured the fabulous scenery, the laughter and the love.
