Went to the boot camp session in Hodnet this morning and I absolutely loved it! I won't lie, I'm aching all over! Emily definitely worked us hard but was really supportive and encouraging. Looking forward to next week!

Went to boot camp at Hodnet for the first time this morning, along with my sidekick 4 month old Rhys. We were both made very welcome and although we worked hard (well I did, he slept) we had fun and plenty of giggles. I am a self confessed couch potato who after 3 children, and with my 40th birthday fast approaching, felt it was time to get fit. I don’t have the time (or motivation) to go to the gym, so Emily comes to my house. She designs training programmes that are tailored to my fitness level and can be fitted in around family life.
Her sessions are varied and fun, and with her encouragement she has helped me accomplish some goals I couldn’t have imagined I would be able to achieve after only 5 weeks... thanks Emily

We will sit down together and discuss your exercise likes and dislikes, your exercise history, and we will discuss and set short, medium and long term SMART goals in order to achieve your goals.

The secret is in the nutrition and the commitment achieving your goals and setting smaller achievable goals along the way to keep you focussed and motivated.

I have been exercising myself for over 18 years and I love being able to now pass on my knowledge and passion for exercise to my clients. I love programming for each client around their specific goals making it fun and interesting to help keep them on track and look forward to our sessions.

I have always believed that fitness was down to exercising for endless hours in the gym and surviving on minimal calories. When I completed my half ironman in 2016 I realised how important nutrition was in order to achieve your goals - no matter whether you are training for fat loss through to endurance it is the key to success along with the correct training plan.

I offer a wealth of experience and bring along with that passion to help you achieve your goals. All programmes will be specifically designed to your goals, taking into account your exercise history and likes/dislikes.
