I can not recommend Beyond Details higher. I used Brandy with Beyond Details to plan a fund raising event. Brandy and her crew prepared an amazing plated meal for almost 200 people and every single plate was beautiful. The food (salmon and filet) was delicious! The staff were very polite, eager to serve the guests with professionalism and speed. We had several moving parts to the evening (passed appetizers, signature cocktail, silent auction, seated dinner, etc) all happening while there were presentations, entertainment etc. And the staff executed with excellence. We engaged Brandy and Beyond Details for our son’s Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party August 10, 2019 at a Marriott property in downtown Nashville. We couldn’t have been happier. Brandy had my wife, son, and I to her office to sample some menu options and they were all delicious. With regard to our event, she was very flexible and a great communicator. But the most important thing was that the food was hot, fresh, and everyone loved it. Having just completed a 500 person event with Beyond Details Catering this week, I can't help but sing their praises. From the very first email, not only was Brandy super responsive, but she came with ideas and creativity that I appreciated immensely. As most of my work is done remotely and I'm unable to see spaces, taste menus, or test centerpieces in person, it was such a help having someone that was so knowledgeable and detailed. On the day of the event, I showed up as the team was getting everything set exactly as I'd laid out. The entire team was helpful, professional and fun. My son was married in Franklin, Tennessee in September of 2018 which is 7 hours away from our hometown. I was nervous and stressed because I knew no one in this area and was hoping and praying that my internet search would lead me to the best vendor. Well…. Brandy and her crew exceeded my wildest expectations and were absolutely amazing!!! They catered the Rehearsal Dinner for me. The food was absolutely out of this world!!! The venue did not have a full kitchen to work out of but you would never have known. The passed Hor'Dourves were mini hot chicken + waffles, Shrimp and Grits, Sesame Chicken Salad, and Cheeseburger Sliders. A plated Caesar Salad was next. The main course included a Petite Sirloin, Smashed Potatoes, Green Bean Bundles, Summer Squash, and a roll. We ended the evening with home made Apple Pie. There were so many compliments on the food and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. My Wife and I are very particular about our food quality, so when we found Beyond details we knew they were the ones. We met them in a quiet, romantic location to do our taste test. With it being a destination wedding, we tested 4 other vendors on the same day. Beyond details was first and they stuck out in our minds every single place we taste tested... they became the one to beat. When we made it through the day of food touring, we immediately knew we had to contract Beyond details for our big day.
After we locked them in, we went to multiple friend weddings through the year and still used them as "the one to beat". I won't lie, we understand that preparing food for a small order is much different than mass quantities, but we prayed that the food quality would stay the same on our magical day. Brandy and her team catered my Daughter's wedding this past weekend. From the initial consultation, to the tasting, to the million questions in between, Brandy was responsive and thoughtful and so very informative. She was the only vendor we contacted who offered creative solutions to get the type and quality of food we wanted within our budget. The FOOD was amazing. I expected to hear comments from our friends and family about it, and we did. What surprised me was how many comments and compliments I got from them about her staff. Being the mother of the Bride, I was pretty busy and probably not the most observant that night, but so many of our friends and family commented on how attentive and kind Brandy's staff was. Checking in with our guests to see if they had everything they needed, helping with questions that had nothing to do with the food.
