It's pretty simple really, we're a team of two who decided to take a spin on the old classic waffle! An idea born out of a dislike for mess and inconvenience we pop the fillings in-between the waffles…or even inside the waffle itself, fold over and voila - warm hot deliciousness served in a sleeve.

Amazing waffles made & served by amazing people! We visited Montauk one short weekend but had Bex Waffles 4 times during our stay! We had a party of 11 that included two Gluten free folks. my wife and were out in Montauk yesterday. We were on our way back to the car from the beach and there was a lovely young woman giving out waffle samples in the parking lot. I thanked her and said "sorry, I am gluten intolerant." She then said "no worries, so am I and these waffles are gluten-free." Suffice to say they tasted awesome and we ordered a few to take back home. The woman turned out to be Bex and she is one of the nicest people I know. If you are ever in Montauk, make sure she is going to be around and be sure to visit her truck on an empty stomach! More...

Bacon Maple - think bacon cooked right into the waffle with 100% maple cream from upstate New York; Bex Signature - our signature dairy-free vanilla pastry cream and dark swiss chocolate; pizza waffle: roasted vegetables, marinara and cheese
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We love chatting through visions with clients and coming up with ideas. Handing out dessert favours to wedding guests, letting kids choose their own combinations at birthday parties and feeding happy hungry party-goer's...whatever the event, we will work on pulling together a menu to suit.
What do you love most about your job?
The people that we get to meet, the different waffle combinations that we invent, hearing people's feedback about our product!
What inspired you to start your own business?
To escape the corporate world and turn an idea into a reality!
