Excellent friendly service||A great old hotel with a lot of emphasis put on service and attention to detail. The rooms are quietly elegant and very comfortable, breakfasts are good. My experience was truly amazing Food and service was absolutely on point Beautiful sea views and fresh bedding, Guest services also very help and knowledgeable about the Area etc Just the scones had abit to much baking powder otherwise pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel, all rooms with sea views. Staff are most welcoming and helpful. Food is very good although a member in our party ordered a stir fry and the chef was heavy handed with soy sauce , making the meal extremely salty and unenjoyable. Lunch, on one occasion was in the Elements bar, but service is quite slow.We stayed in the paraplegic unit and space in the room and bathroom was adequate for a wheelchair. The bed was also very comfortable. A small negative is that the soap holder in the shower is small and the little tray is not big enough to hold shampoos and soaps (We always take our own); for the price one pays it would be expected that a decent caddy is provided. As always this hotel provides a wonderful stay, with a few caveats this time. The reader must read this in context that the Beverly Hills is a premier 5 star hotel and as such we expect the below 'complaints' to not be of relevance in such a hotel:||||(1) Far far too few watrons at breakfast. We had to wait ages for things such as coffee. We had to walk around to find spoons and utensils not already set up at our table. We expect these things to be in place in such a hotel. That being said, the breakfasts were suberb!||(2) The tv in our room kept switching itself on during the night, preventing us from having a decent nights sleep.||(3) The milk in our room was sour. Great hotel but service at pool extremely slow 1 hr to get a drink and 1hr 45 mins for a salad!||Showers in room not great as temperature keeps changing every few seconds resulting in the shower taking much longer and water being wasted.
