A must bridal shop/outlet to visit! If you know what you are looking for, and have a good image in mind. Then this shop is for you. Such lovely service. I was served by Amy who gave her honest opinion. What i liked most about this is I didn't feel under pressure and i felt at ease the whole time. I have been to SEVERAL luxurious bridal shops and normal ones too, but the customer service has not been as good as BETTY McCAUL! It is really second to none. They never made me feel guilty like other bridal shops for not finding my dream wedding only with 4 months to go.. They do hold quite a lot of stock of one of dresses in all sizes. and also have beautiful and spacious fitting room. Can't believe i didn't know this shop existed! Thank you again for ALL your help. My shopping experience here was the best of all bridal shops I visited. They were incredibly accommodating and I wasn't made to feel at all awkward about being half an hour early (oops). A Lovely girls who assisted me was amazing, a really lovely person who made me feel very comfortable. The shop is also beautifully arranged, clean and large enough to hold many gorgeous dresses. Betty McCaul are absolutely fabulous. This was the first bridal store I visited and the only one. I managed to find my perfect designer dress on my visit. No hassle no headache they made me feel very welcome and aloud me to try as many as need in till I found the ONE. Thankyou to Amy and the team you are excellent!!! I tried to find my wedding dress in chain wedding dress shops but the wedding dresses are either expensive or not flattering. Then I found Betty McCaul by its good reviews. That was my right decision. It's not a huge shop but the dresses and services are very good. Amy is friendly and she recommended very nice dresses within my budget. An amazing boutique designer outlet wedding dress shop. I left my wedding dress to the last minute after just having given birth to my son.
Even if I had been given all the time in the world I'd still have selected that dress.
I'm a size 18 and I've been to a fair few wedding dress shops. No one served me as well as Amy and her staff. The selection of dresses in my size was great. The quality of the dresses was the best I've seen.
In all honesty there were 2 wedding dresses I loved (shame I'm not planning on remarrying).
