I called Better View Windows two days ago and today, I have gorgeous, clean windows. I had used a different service a few months ago with less than desirable results. It honestly looked like they had taken the dirt on my windows and smeared it around. Our job was intense because we had a lot of construction residue (paint, stucco, etc) on our windows. I heard about Better View from a friend. They answered when I called (and they've been very responsive each time I've  called) and told me exactly what info they needed for a quote. Once I received my quote, they offered to send their people out to our place to confirm window count/sizes and give me a final quote with no obligation. They came out the following day, confirmed the quote, and cleaned my windows, inside and out and cleaned the screens. Both gentleman were very professional and got right to work. I think they finished in 2 hours or less. We'll be using them again for sure! As far as pricing, we have about 20 windows, 5 transoms, and 5 sliding glass doors, and we had construction debris on our windows. We paid about $300. I highly recommend Better View Window Cleaners in Tucson! They left our windows and screens sparkling! They were surprisingly fast and have very respectful and friendly workers. And plus their rates were good.

We had privacy screens put on our home. We received the quote and within two weeks our screens were installed. Oh my gosh, Frank did an excellent job, he arrived and went right to work. He is a great communicator with customers. The screens look wonderful and Frank helped to suggest what degree of privacy to put where, based on the sun for uv rays. Been hiring better view to do our windows since we moved into our house in 2003. They are very professional, always do an excellent job and are very reasonably priced. They are excellent about making appointments and keeping them. They are considerate of your home and property. I agree with the other 5 star ratings. Â We have a two story house on a 5 foot stem wall. Â There is no way I can get up there to wash. Â My personal recommendation is to have both inside and outside done that way the inside person can guide the outside person so as not to miss any pesky streaks. I will definitely recommend Better view to all my friends. The experience was one of a kind. From beginning to completion they were so professional and polite. It is do difficult to find excellent customer service in this day and age. They showed up on time and even wore booties before entering my home. They carefully moved my furniture to get to the windows in my family room and didn't charge extra to do this. When the job was complete they did a walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied. Very pleased with the quality of work, thoughtfulness of my needs and process of window cleaning. Â I have used an owner/operator window cleaner for years now but recently he advised me that he no longer wishes to clean a certain brand of windows which led me to research alternatives. Â Better View came highly recommended by one of my clients. (I really prefer word of mouth, or even word of YELP, over advertisements. It's been my experience that companies that advertise frequently have little to no grow from word of mouth which should speak volumes if you ask me!)
