Belfast Better Gym is simply fantastic.....i was nervous going in for the first time but absolutely no need the staff were friendly, welcoming and are obviously good at what they do! !! Joined 4 months ago. Went for the first time yesterday. Nice city centre gym with members that actually say hello and staff that will interact with you to make you feel very welcome.

Love this gym! It’s exceptionslly clean & tidy with the latest equipment and friendly, helpful staff. I’m already a member of a gym in Lisburn but I wanted a new one in Belfast to go to at off peak times when I finish work. There’s a car park right beside it for those in a rush away. Better Gym is central to Belfast with the latest technology in equipment and highly experienced staff to deliver great service. I know the staff here personally, they have great work ethic and passion to provide customers with a 5* fitness experience.

Fantastic gym with a very dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly team. Theres So much on offer...top of the range strength and Conditioning equipment including lifting platforms, squat racks, functional rig , hanging punch bags, plate loaded machines and more dumbells and benches than you could shake a stick at. Also lots of innovative services and equipment never seen before in Belfast such as the amazing PRAMA space, the technogym MyWellness app+cloud and the studio virtual class setups are incredible!! Thought I would wait to try everything out before posting a review and so glad I did. Instructor led classes are fabulous and you don't need to worry if your fitness isn't up to scratch. ...just take the low impact options....not a problem. Recommend the PRAMA, total body conditioning and functional classes...omg amazing and I thought I was kinda fit Machines are top notch. Treadmills have TV screens with everything you could ever need. You can download mywellness app and login to the machines to track your MOVES. I'm in the process of sorting this out i.e. ditching my old phone for a new one And I nearly forgot about the spin room....try it, you will be in heaven Last thing..the instructors are approachable and very helpful...love them and guess what? They can speak! Other gyms could learn from Better Gym Church Lane but why bother with other gyms when you can go here As I keep saying to anyone who will listen "Thanks Better Gym, I've got my mojo back!" More...

Such a fantastic team! The classes are brilliant, motivating and that is 100% down to the guys who run them.

Nothing is ever too much bother and they are always there to help and advise.

The gym itself is brand new with state of the art equipment including a PRAMA area (my favourite!)

I’ve been members of gyms before, paid my fees and never went because I didn’t know what I was doing and the gym was intimidating. Better Gym Belfast is completely different, I go 2 - 3 (sometimes 4!) times a week (a record for me!) and that’s because of the classes and the team there that always make you feel welcome and help make it the best gym! Love this gym, little gem in the heart of Belfast!
Most importantly I want to say thank you for introducing me to Virtual RPM by Les Mills.
I've been spinning for years and was a bit skeptical if I could work hard enough in the virtual class.
It turns out I underestimated Les Mills Virtual RPM. Instructors are amazing (technical and motivating), great music and energy of the class pull you in and I keep on coming back for more - I love it.
I have done many RPM classes around Belfast, but to be honest it's difficult to find live instructors who know how to run excellent RPM session. Les Mills Virtual RPM does it all, I don't have to rush to make the class, I simply show up at the gym at my own leisure, request the virtual session and five minutes later I'm on the bike sweating. I realize I only do virtual classes now, it's difficult to beat the flexibility and quality of virtual RPM! Highly recommend it!! More...
