At the time, I worked for Lambent Risk Management and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Rosa Loiacono. She was working with a group we both shared. Rosa handled the FSA piece and I worked on the medical and dental piece. I am bilingual and when she was slow, employees would ask her questions in Spanish and she was so awesome in helping them. Obviously there were employees that were not happy with their Benefit and express how upset they were; Rosa would calm them down and relieve them of their stress. Joseph Zell is always on top of everything I need! I think sometimes I ask for to much but he does not make me feel that way at all! I also have been at the pharmacy and my card was on hold until I submitted receipts so I called him and he unfroze the card so I can get what I needed. He's done that when I've been at the doctors as well and did the same for me and it helped so I did not have to pay out of pocket! I emailed him today to ask how much I had left on my card which I do from time to time and he emailed me back within 5 to 10 minutes when I was thinking it would be a day or so! He's always Pleasant to communicate with and always seems to be organized! He for sure makes it easier to use this service because I really don't know what I'm doing half the time!

Had a small issue needing attention, and spoke with Rosa Lolacono who was very pleasant. She asked me to give her 10 minutes to check it out and she'd call me back. ONE minute later, she did call back to tell me that it was all taken care of. Just like that. Awesome service!!! More...

Everyone at Better Business Planning is knowledgable and helpful. If they do not know the answer at he moment, they will get back to you once they figure it out. Their staff is friendly and supportive. They go above and beyond to make business owners feel confident with their payroll (and similar) decisions.
A special kudos is in order for Sherry in payroll and Kristy in insurance. These woman are polite, professional and sincere.
