We ordered a cheesecake as a surprise for my fathers 75th birthday. It was absolutely stunning. It not only looked amazing but it tasted incredible. Not only did I need a cheesecake, I also needed delivery that was completely out of the normal delivery zone. Nothing was too much trouble and Betsy's Bake was so incredibly accommodating. Even when it seemed almost impossible, Elisa went out of her way to help, and made sure my father-in-law got his 80th birthday cake in good time. I live in California and have a son studying at the U of Sussex who was having a birthday while he was there. I found Betsy's Bake on the internet and emailed to see if they could deliver to him. Elisa responded immediately to my email and did an amazing job working out all of the details including delivery and getting him a personalized card. I live in London and sent Betsy an email on an over excited whim on Monday evening, saying I wanted to send my friend in Brighton a cake. By Tuesday morning (7:30AM) she was in touch.
