Beth made our wedding cake. It was aesthetically stunning - exactly what we had asked for. I had drawn pictures of what I imagined and Beth worked perfectly from these to create our dream cake. The flavours weren't traditional. We wanted them to be a comment on us - banana and salted caramel / chocolate with a cappucino cream / lemon drizzle. Each was absolutely stunning. Our guests were raving about how stunning it was AND how delicious it tasted - which doesn't come often in a wedding cake (usually style over substance). I would recommend her work to anyone. More...

Beth made the cake for my Daughter's wedding to Tom yesterday. Tom chose the design with help and suggestions from Beth.
The three middle layers were flavoured - the top and bottom were fruit. This is the best cake I have every tasted.
Beth's service was superb - she accepted the challenge of providing us with an amazing cake in just 7 weeks.
Her attention to detail is superb and I cannot thank her enough for all the work she put into making sure Tom and Vicki got a cake to be proud of. Thank you so much xx
