Had our reception here on 29.7.17 and wouldn't have chosen anywhere else. The staff here are absolutely incredible at what they do.
We honestly can't that you enough for all your hard work in making sure our day went without a hitch. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after. A special mention to Callum who was in charge of our day, you were fantastic but a very very special mention to Jess Patrick the hotels wedding coordinator. You are amazing and a credit to the hotel and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else to help us plan our perfect day. Thank you all so much for helping us make memories that will last a life time

We had our wedding on Saturday 1st July 2017 and what a day it was! I can't thank all the staff for all the effort they did on the day to ensure it all ran smoothly! We had our wedding here yesterday and what a beautiful and stunning day it was! We couldn't have wished our wedding be any other way. The food was absolutely stunning and the staff were amazing and so friendly! Special shout to Callum who oversaw and ran our wedding day from start to finish. An absolute asset to the hotel he made us all very calm and ensured the day ran so smoothly. A big thank you to Jess who we met 15months ago who has helped us from the very beginning! We had our wedding here on 8th of june 2017. We'd recommend to everyone to think about using The Oaks for a wedding venue, as the day was amazing from the venue decoration to all the staff, they are superb helping our day run smoothly from weeks before the event all the way through until the day after the wedding.
Also we would like to give Special thanks go to Jess the wedding planner she helped out no end in planning the wedding and to Callum and the rest of the management team for there hospitality on the day helping settle my nerves and making sure our day went smoothly and stress free for myself and wife. and also to Mitchell @ MKY events the now resident D.J for The Oaks Hotel for the excellent atmosphere he created.

Fab night at the family New Year’s Eve party , both children and adults were thoroughly entertained by the dj and the staff worked extremely hard , nothing was to much trouble . Would definitely recommend :)

The Oaks has gotta be the best hotel i have stopped in . Ive stopped here twice now and it has been perfect both times . There is one membr of staff who is a real asset to the hotel she was there last thing at night and back again to serve breakfast in the mornings . Had my 40th birthday here.
I would highly recommend the Oaks.
The room was breathtakingly beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the dj they arranged was fantastic and the food was lovely.
Cant wait to go back for my sons 21st party.

We got married on Saturday 09.12.17 and the day was amazing from start to finish. The staff were wonderful but special thanks to Maxine Walsh who made sure the day went without any problems and looked after us all.
Fantastic place to get married would highly reccomend.

Had to book an extra day at last minute, a day before we were due to arrive. In sad circumstances i had to check in with a baby, loads of baggage & a pram on my own. When the taxi dropped me off i was struggling to get the pram up when a lovely lady (purple hair) from reception come rushing out to help me & couldn’t do enough to help. As well as combine me 2 separate days in to 1 stay & arrange a travel cot with no issues at all!! Made a very stressful/sad time a little bit more bearable. Im not sure what her name was but Thankyou so much! A real credit to the hotel. And the room is beautiful � xxx More...

Had a fabulous spa day with afternoon tea. Myself & my two grown up children enjoyed the facilities in th spa during the morning. We got towels provided. Booked our lunch for 1:30pm. The staff gave us the option of eating inside or outside. We took advantage of eating outside seeing it was a beautiful day. We had glass of prosecco or orange juice. A mixture of sandwiches.
