Having recently moved to the area, I was hoping to get my carpets cleaned before the Thanksgiving holiday. I was not holding out hope calling only a week before. ProGreen immediately got back to me, and was able to schedule me two days later. Jose B. came out, checked everything thoroughly, and was the utmost professional. I worked with Ivan via Yelp to quote and schedule. Although I did get less expensive quotes from other vendors, Ivan was the only one to ask follow up questions about the fabirc for our area rugs and asked for a photo of the chair we wanted cleaned. This certainly gave me confidence he knew what the job required and could provide a solid quote. He was up front with the pricing and explained the additional options that the tech would offer upon arrival. My technician was Jose and he did a great job. He explained everything, answered all my questions and took extra care to work out the stains and pointed out the ones he could not remove. I could not be happier with the service from start to finish. We had an oversized room (200+ sq ft) which counts as two areas, two area rugs, a couch and a oversized chair to be cleaned. They were able to schedule me for the very next day, arrived within the window they scheduled, I received texts and emails about the appointment and Jose called to let me know he was on his way. Hired Ivan and his crew for some pretty dirty carpet that had bleach stains, dirt stains, detergent stains, and who knows what else. They gave me what I thought was a very fair quote for 2 sets of stairs, 1 hallway, and another hallway for free.One the day of arrival, my absent minded self gave them the wrong address and did not read the proper instructions on payment. Ivan, however, was still very professional and considerate despite my faults, and drove right on over to the correct house, and made the payment process easy for me.As for the work itself, it was spectacular (see before and after pictures). The best part was they kept to the quote and didn't try to nickel and dime me for any possible deviations from my initial description. I don't leave Yelp reviews often but Ivan and the team at Pro Green Carpet are deserving of this five star rating.We had some pet stains that really ruined a carpet in a home we were renting. Ivan replaced the carpet for us perfectly. He was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Not only replacing the carpet but in offering advice on how to keep the carpets looking and feeling fresh.We also made the mistake in hiring another carpet cleaning service other than Pro Green. They did a phenomenally lackluster job and didn't even complete the whole carpet cleaning we wanted. This company wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount to clean the stairs. Our landlord was unsatisfied with their work, even though he recommended them to us. I acquiesced to the landlord when I should've just called Ivan. Ivan came over, did a thorough review of what the other company did and then offered to reclean the carpet and the stairs and clean leftover pet stains that the other company failed to remove. The carpets look brand new. Ivan and Tomas did an amazing job and I'm so thankful for their help, support, and general amazing attitude through this process.If you're thinking of hiring those other guys, don't. We had a wonderful experience with ProGreen! Everyone on their team was fast, responsive, and thorough from booking to payment to service. The man who came for the work (I believe his name was Alfonso?) was very friendly and did a great job. Less than five minutes later I received a call back from Ivan who professionally explained their pricing and process according to my needs and emailed me the quote as well. I found this place on Yelp. And yes there were plenty of carpet cleaning Co that are closer to my home but none had the kind of reviews that made me want to take a chance on them. After I read their reviews I knew that I had the right carpet cleaners for tough job ahead. I called an set up the appointment. The day before Pro Green called to confirm the time and to gave me the name of the tech coming out. Salvador came out did a walkthrough giving me some recommended and got right to work. Now I have one of those store bought Carpet Cleaners that I have been using over the years. All I can say is WOW ! WOW ! the carpet looks really Great! Just had Pro Green shampoo our carpets during a big Thunderstorm. The technician was on time and waited for rain to let up before coming in putting down protective blanket on hardwoods. He was so thorough, polite and very reasonable price. We had 3 rooms plus hallway ands stairs for $125. Our carpets haven't been professionally cleaned in 16 years. We launched a new website and signed on for SEO work with Best Edge back in March of 2011. By August our number of new customers from the web had doubled. Since then we've consistently maintained and grown our business thanks to Best Edge. We had 2 other companies hired for website/advertising prior and wasn't satisfied with the results. This is the only company that I'm aware of that provides you with your own log-in/dashboard to monitor all work/activity and view their analytics specifically for my company. I had ProGreen pressure wash my home about a year ago. The (evil) HOA told me it needed cleaning again the following year, so I booked ProGreen for another pressure wash. They stopped by the house that morning to start the job but when he looked at it, they told me there was no need to do it this year and offered to write the HOA a letter stating that there was no way it needed another pressure wash.
