Just had Best Carpet Cleaners TW come and sort out my spare room. Former flatmate proved to be a vile Filth Wizard, and left me with a heavily soiled carpet and mattress. Which particularly sucked, because the mattress had been brand new when he first moved in. Got an entirely reasonable quote from Best on Tuesday, and today Edward attended, and has worked nothing less than magic. The stench of stale urine is gone. The carpet is spotless. The mattress more than rescued. As explained at the time of booking, some stairs remains on the mattress. I appreciate that early honesty! The important thing is that it’s now properly clean, ready for the replacement flatmate. Also, appointment time was kept to, so no needless waiting around. Edward was professional and friendly to boot. I shall be using them again, to get the rest of the carpets done in due course. More...
