Great service from Steve who stepped in after another company cancelled their appointment. He visited within the hour (late on a Friday! ), found the source of the problem - rats in the attic - and begun treatment there & then. Three further visits to check and all is now clear. Steve also gave good advice about possible causes, what to do in future, and precautions to follow going forward as bait is still in the attic - just in case! Very friendly, very courteous, very efficient, reasonably priced and VERY customer focussed too! I'm (sort of) pleased the original company cancelled, they could not have been as good as Bespoke Pest Control, highly recommended, and happy to act as a reference if need be. I was passing Stephen in a lane where he was seeing a client. I asked for a quote regarding removing a nest of bees from our concrete shed. As soon as he saw it he advised me the best thing to do was leave it alone and patch up the hole when they have gone. Whilst he didn’t do any work for me. I rang Steve yesterday evening as I left work to explain I had found 2 rats in 2 days In maybe cupboards! He asked if I was home there and then but unfortunately I was busy so we arranged for him to come the following day. He turned up and spent time to look around the kitchen and outside, he explained where then pests could Be coming from in detail and gave us information of how we could resolve then issue, he even offered to come back in a few weeks time to check things out again. Absolutely fantastic service from Bespoke Pest Control. I phoned on the Monday late morning in a panic about a mouse and Steve was fantastic, turned up the same day and laid the boxes with poison. He explained everything and how the charges would work out etc. He then arranged to come back the next week which he has just done and thankfully no sign of the mouse. A great service! He came right out and reviewed the situation, was upfront with costs, and got in with controlling our mouse problem right away. He came back the next week and found that we still had an infestation, so he put down more bait boxes and added an extra week of service without any extra charge. Today I had to enlist the services of Steve at Bespoke. We installed a loft hatch in our property in Stanstead Abbotts to utilise for extra storage space. Once the Hatch was in we realised that the loft had been used for the last 40 or so years by god only knows what from the Animal kingdom! Ewe. We messaged Steve on a Sunday night and he managed to pop in on Monday! impressed. After sorting out our problems he then offered lots of very helpful advise on how to stop them in the future and has arranged a follow up visit. It's obvious that Steve has a vast knowledge of pests and is very professional. We feel very confident with his work. We realised we had some unwelcome visitors join our celebrations over Christmas and New Year. We called Stephen on New Year's Eve and he came to see us a few hours later and confirmed we had mice. His first consultation was completely free and he explained what we needed to do next to get rid of them and went ahead and placed 'treatment' across the problem areas. He provides as many follow up visits as required and it is very apparent that customer service is his number one priority. I found a wasp nest in my loft on the Saturday called bespoke pest control and Stephen came round on the Monday... he arrived on time, removed the nest and looked around and also removed the queens hibernation nest. .. he also noticed a mouse problem so he put some mouse poison down without having to ask him.
