I love my new fences! Thank you.

We have a small garden area behind our ground floor flat in Bromley, and were looking for someone to install about 14 square meters of multi-level decking plus raised beds. Mark from Bespoke Landscaping Garden Services was very quick to respond to our enquiry, and came round several times to discuss our requirements. He understood what we wanted and worked with us very effectively, making useful recommendations to help us develop the design concept in cost-effective and achievable ways. Mark was able to source the timber we needed (no mean achievement these days!) and despite some weather delays, once Mark and his associates got started they worked very quickly and efficiently. We are delighted with the results – the new decking has transformed our living space, and we have planted the raised beds with broad-leafed plants for a tropical jungle effect. We can’t thank Mark enough for the fantastic job he did on our garden. He and his team worked through rain and shine (mostly rain! ) to get the job done including working a Saturday. We love what they achieved in a short space of time and were happy to have them working in our home.
Mark gave us a competitive quote but the reason we wanted him to complete the work was because his wealth of experience and expertise as well as his warm and friendly demeanour. Mark listened to our needs and specifications and was able to offer a range options and recommendations to make our ideas come to life.
He demolished our concrete shed, removed all the rubbish, removed an old fence, prepared the ground, laid a patio and path, erected a new fence, built and erected a bespoke pergola, and laid turf in 5 days. He was careful to make sure that everything was completed properly and our new garden was built to last. Our satisfaction was obviously important to Mark and he checked in with us regularly throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied with all the work.

Mark and his team replaced and extended our back garden patio, rotavated and reseeded our lawn which required removing some bushes and small trees. The quote was in line with other quotes I received and their availability matched our requirements. The team were polite and friendly, did a good job and listened and responded appropriately to any concerns we had. Mark was always very responsive if I called to discuss anything. Mark and team were great to work with and I would highly recommend him. From the outset we discussed the ideas, plans and budget so we were all on the same page. Mark would admit he had not done anything like this project before so there was a bit of leeway on both sides knowing that this was going to be a new venture. Mark and his team had a challenge, to remove a very old fence totally overgrown with creepers and replace with concrete poles and horizontal slotted panels on both sides of my terraced house garden. Mark carried out the work to plan, was at all times conscious of the impart of the neighbors gardens and the work was completed on schedule. He then added a solid oak sleeper border around the full patio perimeter, filled with compost which has totally transformed my garden, great to work with, reliable, maintained the area clean all finished on time. I thought Mark and Tony were great, nothing was too much bother and they did a great job. I had fencing panels and trellis put up as well as a few other extra bits in the garden. They are coming back to collect the rubbish and finish off a couple of other bits which I fully 100% trust and know that they will. Do not use bespoke garden services for anything to do with patios or fencing. We employed them last summer to build a patio and some fencing. The work was not done well!
The patio was uneven, very poorly laid leading to tiles coming loose almost immediately. The fencing was never finished and not all the waste was taken away. We asked Mark to come back and rectify the problems, he never fixed the issues and we are now having to pay a professional company to relay the patio.
It’s a shame as Mark is a nice guy, he just bit off more than he could chew. More...

We contacted Mark to redo the fence in our back garden, he came back with the best quote out of 5 contractors, in 7 days he was ready with the material and finished the job in 24H, the fence looks great and him and his colleague are very personable nice people, I definitely recommend him and I will use him again on my next work in the garden.

Started a week later then Mark Adems said he would. kept going off to other jobs. A job that should have taken 4 days has taken 10 and still not finished. I have had to correct a lot of it. Turf in the front was thrown down rather than laid. Ground was not leveled off before laying the turf. Asked cash or cheque made out to someone else. In response to your feedback.. unfortunately I did start the job late due to unforeseen weather conditions which set me back on my previous job. However I did personally communicate all changes to the initial date & worked an entire weekend to keep to the new agreed date. The extra days taken to complete the job were due to needing 2 extra rolls of turf which had to be ordered. I could have sourced quicker but the quality was not to my satisfaction & I wanted to ensure I sourced the best turf possible. The turf was definitely not thrown down, I take a pride in my work & have uploaded photos of the turf laid onto my profile page as I have no issue proving the quality of my work. Ground was levelled as quoted. I don't normally accept cheques however this was the preferred payment method for the customer so I made an exception. The cheque was made out to another member of the bespoke garden services team.

The only money that was paid up front was for materials that were delivered in full to the customer. I completed the work agreed & then some additional work free of charge. Barry is a builder who sourced me to assist with work he took on for a customer. I am still awaiting payment for the work completed & i am seeking legal advice as i honoured my quote & have only ever received payment for materials not labour.

It was a horrible experience ,gardner did not finish the job insisted to make payment even before completing the job ,inspite of talking full payment did not finish the job was very abusive on phone ,never use this service .
