I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews about timing issues and using a Groupon voucher but my friends andI had a fantastic time. We were able to choose where we sat, service was prompt and all of the staff were very friendly. I will definitively be visiting again. More...

Such a beautiful place! Great selection of drinks, gin is my personal favourite and there’s always so much to choose from! Beautiful location, with a great outdoor area. Perfect for summer! The inside is warm and cosy. The staff are fabulous, always so welcoming, so friendly and so polite. The food is lovely, great portion sizes and always cooked perfectly. All in all it is a wonderful place to be and absolutely worth a visit! More...

Best steak I have ever had here! Only been here twice so need to try the rest on the menu but I imagine it will be amazing too as the Chefs know what they are doing! Staff are the friendliest I've ever come across a restaurant to have. They are helpful, efficient and go out of their way to offer the best service! It has a lovely / cosy / warm / content atmosphere to it too.Shame about the pudding prices but the cheesecake is super yummy! Not as heavy as I was anticipating! More...

Nice countryside pub with a very friendly staff. You can also buy some first necessity products there such as milk. Perfect place to wait for your train as it is located right next to the station

Return visit and usual good welcome. Menu tweaked a bit same burgers the best around. The Trio of Pork is a masterpiece presentation superb but the textures flavours and taste out of this world! Don't miss out we will be back soon to try the other delights on the new menu. Martin More...

Well, having been here quite a few times, I have seen the pub go up and down. Even when it was down, it still was not that bad. Staff were and are all very friendly. The food keeps getting better. There are quite a few changes in the pipe line, which will enhance the place even better. I ordered a meal a few weeks ago and was told it was about an hour wait. It was very busy so I understood. I sampled and sampled the local beer,so much that by the time my meal came, I had to ask for extra gravy as my for head had most of it, due to my head hitting the plate. That staff were fab and duly obliged. Very good food, I think, had to be guided to the train. Well worth a visit. More...

Brilliant place and always nice to come back here. A few gains and and a few losses a bit like the election bit overall a lovely little night out (early night 'cos we are getting old). Make very welcome by the staff especially a lovely young lad from Limerick. More...

Very comfortable relaxed cafe attached to this pub, not often can you find a proper armchair to enjoy a coffee in. The mini shop in a cafe in a pub is very cute too.
