'Quality' taken very seriously at Berties...as a woman and as all women should, this the key component in today's shopping experience. Style, quality and feeling as though you really have bought terrific high end clothing is truly what being a lady should be about. Having one item of fantastic clothing should always outweigh 7 cheap items that you can but anywhere on the high street. If you can't afford the full price, then wait for their enormous sales..either way you can't go wrong and will have beautiful clothes to be cherished forever. What a fantastic find, I stumbled across Berties online whilst searching for stockists of my favourite label "Save the Queen". I live miles away and am unable to visit the shop in person but I was amazed by the speed of delivery of my first order and it was perfect! I have just received a phonecall on receipt of my second order to make sure that the size I had ordered would be right for me before the item was packed - what fantastic personal service. I think this will definitely be a favourite website from now on, perhaps I will have to take a trip to Northampton - it could be expensive!! More...

I love this shop and the staff are amazing too. I'm not that keen on clothes shopping nor do I have a clue about what could look great on me so it's great to be guided as to what might suit me and what to wear with it. The best shop in the world for 1 on 1 they get you, and won't sell you anything you don't need. I've been going in the shop forever and love them all. Thank you to Bertie for sorting my wardrobe out last Friday. Nothing was too much trouble and I had the most fab 4 hours trying things on. 5* service all round including great chat, drinks, knowledge and flair. Have been the most ardent supporter of this lovely shop for a long time and although I live a 5 hour drive away, I cannot find any other shop that provides such an amazing service. I have just tried on my clothes from Bertie's that I brought online. What can I say apart from WOW!!!!! I brought 4 items and they all fit perfectly and look amazing, even if I do say myself! I used to love going into the shop but due to ill health it's now easier for me to shop online. This isn't the first time I've used Bertie's online shopping and I will be using it a lot more. One of the items I brought was the white tree print blouse and I teamed it up with the beige faux fur gilet and they look absolutely stunning on and made me feel so good about myself. I love online shopping at Bertie's as they make it easy with their photos, descriptions, quick deliveries and I get to try the clothes on in my own home, fantastic service. Sure I miss going in and talking to the girls but i give them a ring after I've tried on my new clothes and congratulate them on yet again a great online shopping experience.
