I received fantastic service from when I went in store through to the end of installation. Very informative staff which took me around the showroom and advised me on the best fires for my home, I found there was so many different combinations of fires/fireplaces (i. e materials,colours etc..) and although I'm a very indecisive person, they were very patient with me and helped me come to a decision I am very happy with! The installers were brilliant, you wouldn't have even known they had been there that day as after the installation they had tidied the room so well that (apart from the new fireplace being there) there was no sign of any mess left behind.Would recommend this company to everyone!
