What do you love most about your job?
I am fundamentally a helpful person who is really good at troubleshooting.
Being a consultant enables me to help people, in areas that really matter to them, whether it's in business or other areas.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a contractor consultant and found that being placed via a recruiter caused a disconnect between myself and the end client, to whom I wanted to deliver the gold standard of service and also build a direct relationship.
In my own business, where there is no recruiter in the picture, I can have, develop and maintain excellent business relationships that deliver well time and again.

My business provides services in pretty much every area that 'any' business will have and require help.
My business partner and myself partner have both cut or teeth and developed a very broad set of experience over decades (I'm not saying how many between us, but trust me it's alot!!) and we have managed and delivered in numerous industries, sectors and businesses. Based on this we like to draw on all of our experiences when we deliver for clients. As the end client you get the benefit of experience across a huge variety of specialisms
