BensBodyFitness was founded by Ben Alderton in March 2015, now owned by Rhianna Moffitt and Adam Jones as of 1st November 2019. Rhianna has been a trainer for BensBodyFitness for over two years.
Since our humble beginnings, we’ve delivered over 7000 sessions and worked with more than 350 clients (April 2018) from Newbury, Reading, Maidenhead and surrounding areas.

BBF are great, I got in touch as I really needed a personal trainer who could work around my hectic family life of twins and work. They were quick to respond and straight away said they would be able to find a personal trainer for me to work with at home. I didn't know how it would work training at home but Rhianna has been brilliant, each week our sessions are varied and fun and Rhianna is so positive and motivating. would definitely recommend BBF. Ben helped me lose 13 kgs with great advice and support on both the diet and exercise fronts. He was there on email even when I was travelling and needed to ask anything. All his sessions are different and he has a great way of pushing you so you do your best but without overdoing it - I was never not able to exercise the next day. I've got my motivation back and I'm the best shape I've been in for about 15 years. Would totally recommend!. More...

I have been training with Ben for almost 3 years now. After many previous attempts at getting into fitness, it's the one thing that has not only motivated me to train regularly but also enjoying keeping fit. I have seen my body morph into a figure I am proud of and am now lifting over 5 times more than I was when i started. When you train with Ben's Body Fitness you not only get the hour you are paying for but constant support during the week, unlimited tips for when working out on your own, delicious meal plans and company you enjoy and look forward to each week. What can I say, I have finally got my exercising mojo back! Thanks to Zoe! I am doing things I didn’t think I would ever be capable of doing again. She is a fantastic personal trainer! Great team of friendly personal trainers, with equally great fitness training services. I've been training with Ben and the team for close to 2 years now and couldn't be happier. I hate gyms and training has always been a hard one for me but i love my PT sessions. I found Ben on google and have trained with him once a week for the last 3 months love lost over two stone in weight and my fitness has improved by lots. Ben comes to my home in Newbury once a week and his training regime is great he doesn’t beast me but encourages and I train at my own level. I’m a 53 year old woman and I find it hard to lose weight and keep motivated to do any form of exercise and then I contacted Bens Body Fitness and found Zoe. Wow!!! she’s kicked me right up the backside and now I actually look forward to my weekly sessions. Zoe is so motivating always telling me I’m doing ok and ‘you can do this’. It’s exactly what I need although I always think I’m not going to be able to do it. You get to an age when you don't really need much for Christmas so a present of 5 weeks personal training with Zoe has been the best present ever and it just keeps on giving.

After the initial 5 sessions and with results already showing I signed up for more sessions and I'm now fitter, more toned, my eating habits have changed and I'm eating more healthily and far more than when I was trying to lose weight myself.

Through her workouts and check ins I've handed over my wellbeing and fitness to Zoe who has taken the worry and hassle out of me having to think about it and what I need and should be doing. She is inspiring and fun and knows just how to push me that bit further.

I would recommend Zoe to anyone especially if you're a bit fed up with yourself and don't know how to kick start or begin a fitness and healthy eating regime. There is no shouting involved, just loads of encouragement and positivity and you don't need to lose weight or get fit before you start because as Zoe said to me, that's her job.

From the day I got in touch with Ben, he could not have been more helpful! I was given so much in depth information with the chance to ask as many questions as I wanted, all answered very promptly. Ben was very friendly, easy to talk to and there was no pressure at all to sign up to PT. I asked to work with Zoe and she emailed me straightaway and it was clear Ben had given her all the relevant information she needed. She was also very friendly to chat with over email and in person, taking into account my goals and aspirations while also explaining her role.My consultation with Zoe was brilliant and she made me feel very welcome to the BBF team and we got to know each other well. My first session with Zoe was exhilarating and she really pushed me but also made sure I was comfortable and happy. Her attention to form is spot on and she keeps the energy high from start to finish. I loved training with her! The contact and support after the sessions is also great. I currently have an injury (which happened outside of PT) but the support from Zoe has been impeccable with regular communication and helpful advice. I really can't wait to train with her again. Zoe is friendly, approachable, non-judgemental and professional. Nothing is ever any trouble and she will always go above and beyond. I am just about to finish my 6 weeks to Fit plan with Ben and it has been a really enjoyable journey. My aim when I started this was to get that exercising buzz back, as I was struggling to get back to the routine and to fit it in my busy diary.
I knew I was on the right path when he sent me the nutrition plan and it totally matched my beliefs about nutrition - and trust me, I studied a lot of that. The 1-2-1 sessions with Ben are amazing and my favourite part. He’s super knowledgable and friendly and, although we have a laugh during my training and he respects my limitations, he’s always pushing me to get the best results - which I didn’t even believe I could achieve! I enjoyed it so much that I just bought another plan to continue, I need Ben with me through this now!

Totally recommend his support and his approach to fitness! You should give it a go!

Ben has really helped me learn more about what my body is capable off. He always pushed me and encouraged me when I felt I couldn’t do it(or felt lazy) I came to him with a goal and he helped me reach it within a short space of time. I have just done my 14th training session with Zoe and have signed up for another 10! A reluctant gym goer best describes me - actually until I started working with Zoe I can honestly say I hated the gym. I now go 3 x a week, and am fitter than I have been for years. If I could give Ben and Zoe a sixth star, I'd do it without a moment's hesitation. Last year, I committed myself to running a half marathon, without knowing if I could even run a mile or having much willpower. I didn't know where to start so I asked Zoe for some help.
She got me started, had a tonne of ideas to keep me interested, and even more patience to keep me motivated, finding a way to achieve my goal in a way that worked for me.
Im pleased to say I completed my half marathon (without walking!), and I couldn't have done it without her expert guidance and never-ending encouragement.

Before founding BBF in March 2015, I didn’t know what a personal trainer was (mad, I know) but instead I had been coaching people free of charge for fun for a couple of years until somebody said, “you should become a personal trainer” and well, the story begins. As of April 2018, my personal trainers and I have been lucky enough to deliver over 7000 sessions to over 350 clients and we have loved every moment.

We know we are bias but you won't find another business out there who cares more, provides more or does more for you. We know that because we have clients from other personal trainers join us all the time astounded by the level of service we provide. It's not just new clients though either - 70% of our clients stay with us over a year, all of which have got the results they desire but just stay for the service and to maintain their goals under our watchful eye.
