I like to help and watch a business owner succeed and achieve personal growth as well as business goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A desire to pass on information, skills and systems to other business owners. To help Business Managers avoid the pitfalls of running their own business or trying to achieve maximum growth where more cost efficiency is needed within a business.

Working with business owners to fully understand their current plans and future objectives, I develop key strategies to allow the owner to grow and improve their business through tried and tested systems and processes. With experience in negotiating corporate contracts, it is necessary to work through the phases of the negotiation process and I will be on hand to advise and consult throughout the process.

The importance of business forecasting cannot be over stated and I work with the business owner and his management to deliver a business budget and forecasting process that works for the SME owner and the company.

By engaging with a business cost analysis consultant, an SME business owner will be better prepared to identify and manage the outgoings from the business and reduce cost in a stable and managed way.
