Months of communications without resolution, tenants suffering whilst the agents contradict themselves.
As a Landlord I feel embarrassed to have let my tenants down, and angry that I have been led a 'merry dance' by Benjamin Stevens.
Call after call, email after email, and still with one of the Directors involved - no progress in delivering support to our Tenants.

I called another estate agent called ‘Connell’ around 7 times over a week only to be given the run around, simply to view a property. Failed to call back and kept making excuses. All I did was request a viewing and even informed them I was flexible as to when, any day or time I could have worked around.I then this estate agent, Benjamin Stevens as soon as I realised they also had the same flat listed. We do not live near our property and they organised its refurbishment and cleaning for our new tenants without any problems and even worked out of hours for us at weekend to get things ready. I even managed to get a few offers and a quality offer within a few weeks. Just before I got what I thought would be my final offer I asked Benjamin Stevens to see what they could do.
After marketing the house alongside the internet agent, the viewings flooded in. Benjamin Stevens got me the right buyer at the right price - in fact, well over the asking price and way above what I got from the internet agent (I ended up being better off even after paying the agents fees which were considerably more than the internet agents fees).
Now, I'm convinced that selling through good High Street agents who know the market and have the right contacts is the way forward, if you want the max amount, and the right buyer for your home.
