I'm going to start off by saying that I travel an hour and 45 minutes to come to this salon. Lane does my hair, and she is fantastic. She is a great listener, and the results are always breathtaking. I've lightened my damage-prone hair from dark brown to nearly platinum blonde, and I am seeing no damage! My hair is actually healthier than ever and growing very quickly.I am always very comfortable when I come here. Everyone makes great conversation and takes care of all of the guests. I wish I could give this place 10 stars- it's what they deserve. Nikki and Gabby are such exceptional human beings. The way they run their business and care about their salon is something I've never witnessed anywhere and I've never been so happy with the color of my hair.

They are the absolute best. Received me with something to drink (non alcoholic). Everyone introduced themselves and was super nice. The people that work there seem to be happy and enjoying their job. The room where you get your wash is so relaxing. Like a zen garden. You also get a neck and scalp massage I absolutely loved my haircut. This place, and Beau, is the best. I’ve booked with him twice - once for a shoulder length haircut and today to chop the mane after years of long hair. Both haircuts have been the best I’ve ever had. I typically walk away from haircuts feeling awkward and annoyed, but Beau’s done an excellent job with two very different (and awesome) men’s cuts for me. One of the best run businesses I’ve ever experienced. Not only is their staff courteous and very aware of their customers needs, but the talent pool that Benjamin has put together is truly astounding. My stylist, Dane, is nothing short of a wizard. I’ve never seen anybody cut my hair that short almost entirely using scissors. It’s incredible to see. They wash your hair in what I would describe as a haven, a dark spa like room with the scent of candles and soft music playing. It really is quite the experience. Hats off to you guys. More...

I have finally found another “Gem of Austin”. Aside from being one of the coolest places to chill and get a cut, the staff is simply AMAZING. My girl Lane is the ONLY stylist that touches my head, and is simply the best.
The atmosphere is laid back but clearly serious about the tradecraft of hair and all it encompasses. From the color bar, to the washing room. Everything is so perfectly laid out and totally comfortable.

Benjamin Beau is an excellent salon! I was booked out a couple of weeks and they put me on the cancellation list. I was called within a couple of days and Dane did an amazing job with my color and cut. My hair was fried and damaged after having my baby but he made my hair look alive again. Moving here from NYC and having access to the best services, I definitely struggled here a bit. The environment is awesome and everyone exceeded my expectations. From being greeted by Winter and getting all the 411 on the latest and greatest in the Austin area, I will definitely be a regular. AMAZING!!! This salon is beyond and what an experience!!! I went to Nicole and she was like magic and actually listened to me and what I wanted, had awesome suggestions & delivered with a killer haircut and color. They also have a relaxing room where you get your hair rinsed and a neck massage � seriously?!?!? The scalp massage and the rinse is my favorite part of the experience and they are delivering on that and then some. So freakin beyond what you normally receive at a salon on every level. It's pretty amazing to walk into a salon for the first time & instantly be embraced by the entire crew. I immediately felt comfortable in their capabilities. I accidentally showed up an hour early ((my own mistake)) but I spent that entire time getting to know the women in the salon. When my appointment came I sat down with Nikki and right off the bat we had a laugh. We talked a lot about my current hair and what I was looking for. I showed her photo and we talked about options. In the hours I was at the studio I felt like I had made a new group of friends. The team and even the guests works were extraordinary people. Great senses of humor. Nikki did phenomenal work on my hair. Her attention to detail and the pride she takes in her work is unmatched. I've been playing with my new locks all evening. You need look no further for a great salon. This is the best! The staff is lovely and professional. The salon has a relaxing vibe and doesn't feel rushed. They always pay close attention to detail. I have seen Beau several times now. I leave with an awesome style and rich color to my hair. Did I mention.. it feels amazing!
